@markboris
Finally got them put on. I haven’t used the spacers you sent me yet. BTW, thank you again. Every clears, but I only have a millimeter or two between the tire and the front part of rear tire liner.
We put some chalk marks on the inside of the tire, and so far it seems untouched. ?

Ali, those wheels look awesome especially with the grabber blue! The fitment is perfect. I sent you the spacers in case you had rubbing issues on the front strut and or rear upper shock mount. Didn’t want you not to be able to mount them because of fitment issues. So how close are those two areas? Don’t worry about that rear tire liner. When I had 315’s and several 295’s in the rear I had to push that liner back and put a screw in it to hold it in place. You can also just cut out that area if you want. Others have done that

Those BMW spec Pirelli all seasons were some of the best I ever had. Ride smooth, quiet, handle great and they are designed for their i7 electric sedan so low rolling resistance. I bet it feels like a different car. ?

Thank you!
The spacing seems perfect. I set the front offset so that the inner is the same as stock. I have plenty of room there. I took a turn lock to lock to make sure there is no rubbing when I turn.
for the rear, there is about a finger (scientific ?) of space between the tire and shock mount. About half a finger from shock boot. The rear of the tire also has plenty of space. Only minor thing is the liner. I’m not too worried about it. It will either wear into it a bit until it fits or I’ll just push it in like you said. I was really worried about the rear, but it all worked out.
Thank you for all the great info and all the help.

The tires are kinda slippery at the moment, but I have a feeling they will be stickier after tomorrow’s commute.

I wonder if I can get stock looking mud flaps that stick out about an inch.

Happy it all worked out well for you. I have not been able to find stock looking mud flaps that stick out further. I have asked AOSK to maybe make some that do and they told me there would not be enough people to buy them. I don't know, maybe not but there sure are a lot of members on this forum that have wider than stock tires on their cars.

Ali, I ran the Rokblokz Rally mud flaps for about a year because they are much wider but ended up just putting the stock ones back on. I didn't like the look of them and from time to time then would come loose.

That's a really good match and I would think they would last a long time if they have the right bonding agent behind them.

AliRafiee, I have heard of people applying clear fingernail polish over stickers like that but not sure I would do that myself.

Interesting. I’ll play with that on a different surface with the smaller ones that came in the package and report back.

if the sticker by itself lasts at least a year, I’ll keep getting new ones. ?

I have Mark's staggered setup #3, 265/45/20, 295/40/20. Didn't need to alter suspension and same wheel specs as his narrower set 20"x8.5" ET34, 20"x10" ET47. Fitment is flush have had this setup for about 18 months. Tires are Pirelli Scorpion Zero All Season Plus and have 20K+ miles and tons of tread left however we mainly drive on the freeway with this car. While they might not be as quiets as the tires Mark and Lou have, they are much quieter than the Michelin Pilot Sport All Season 4's we had on the car previous and also a comfortable ride. Very happy with the look of our Mach-E with this staggered setup.

Pretty sure that if someone is going to put an aggressive setup like these on their car they don’t care about the range they are going to lose. ?‍♂?

It is hard to say since I purchased the car from Mark with these wheels and tires on it so never had the OEM setup. I live in AZ where the weather is usually warm and anytime I fully charge to 100% my range is always around 275. I know that really doesn't mean much but that is all I can tell you. I could care less what range I get. It is my DD and never go more than 100 miles in one day. I never look at or keep track of my efficiency on trips but my average over the last 10,000 miles has been 3.1.

On another note, I just traded in this car for a '24 GT which I picked up yesterday. I wanted to keep my staggered wheel/tire setup so the dealer swapped them for me and put the new wheel/tires from the GT on my trade in. Mark actually came out and helped me with some decision making and the purchase. It's going in next week for PPF, ceramic coating and window tinting. I didn't want a glass roof this time and since the car is Glacier Gray, Mark suggested to have the roof covered in Gloss Black to make it look more cohesive like the cars with the glass roof. Going to have that done too! Since I have my staggered setup on this car from the beginning I won't know what the hit will be but Mark said it's probably around 10% because of the open design of the wheels and the wider tires.

Mark told me you were switching to a GT. Congrats! I actually like the look of my body colored roof but a wrap up there will protect the paint. Good to know that the dealer let you swap the wheels and tires. That’s something I have been wondering if I could do if I swap out my car. If I can’t find a dealer around here that’s willing to do that when I am ready to switch, I might take a drive to AZ. ??
