A smaller fob.

Hopefully cameras, sensors, BlueCruise, etc. will be improved by the time I end up with my MME Rally! An off switch for the turns part of predictive speed control, it just doesn’t work well in Pennsylvania!
That's true, and a lower charging current would prolong the life of the battery. As others have mentioned, V2X with built in AC outlets and at least 2kW output. Not having any AC outlets is a big mistake given how many other Ford vehicles have them. My 2015 Flex has AC outlets!
Something I have wanted many times is the ability to reduce L2 charging current from the car and/or the app. The Ford mobile charger is useless to me everywhere because my garage 240V outlet is only 30A and anytime I visit a relative or Airbnb, they have a 240V outlet for a dryer (30A max), but not a dedicated 40A or 50A circuit. Since any time you plug the car into the mobile charger you can only get 32A charging, it's a completely useless $500 purchase. Tesla and most other EVs would let me plug it in and set a 24A max charge limit and charge the car. It's amazing that the Mach E doesn't have such a basic feature.
IMO, just keep Lincoln in the luxury segment and not the sporty-rally segment. This sounds like a package that is maybe best offered through Ford Performance. Build a Lincoln variant with available air suspension, but make a retro-fit package available for the Mach-E.
Wouldn't mind alcantara either!Leather interior please or at least a leather steering wheel.
Sounds more like most of those features should be added to the GT, not the rally. The Mustang Rally that is really a rally car:
Remove:
Power liftgate, power seats,
Add:
Advanced Active Suspension System
Adaptive air suspension Active Control System
Custom 115 kWh high-performance battery pack, capable of 250KM rally range
- AI-assisted surface reading and prediction
- Real-time damping and height adjustments
Upgraded dual motor system: 580 hp / 720 lb-ft combined
- High-discharge rate cells optimized for rally use
- Reinforced titanium battery case with impact protection
and comfortably passing: Col de Turini (Monte Carlo) test.
Hyundai Ioniq 5 N is not a competitor for the rally but the 2025 Hyundai Ioniq 5 XRT isJust a couple random comments....
1. There's already a heated steering wheel.
2. The Rally should not be the competitor to the 5 N. The GT should be. And the Rally can line up with the 5 XRT.
The system does work well, it’s just that some engineer , sitting somewhere in a dark corner, wants the predictive curve speed control to work because it’s their baby. But in the real world, where the rest of us live, it’s just a PITA, especially in a state where curves are the norm and straight roads are rare, it makes the adaptive speed control unusable !Hopefully cameras, sensors, BlueCruise, etc. will be improved by the time I end up with my MME Rally!
7 months in, neither my wife or me likes the climate control system . By the time you’ve adjusted the temp, fan, airflow etc you’ve had your eyes off the road TOO long.
- Speedometer in the middle or at least closer to the middle.
- Have phones assigned to profiles. I don't want my wife's phone to connect to the car from the house when my profile is active.
- Trunk close button lower so short people can push it.
- Remote start and frunk open on the fob.
- Dedicated button in the cabin for the trunk.
- 110 outlet(s)
- V2V and V2L
- Small wheel options for higher trim cars
- Real door handles
- Ability to globally limit charge level. (setting EVERY location is a chore)
- Ability to set charge limit for DC charging
- More data available on the screens. ICE generally have more data.
- Precondition button.
- Landscape center screen so you don't have to glance so far from road
- Less beauty plastic under the hood or more access ports
- A charge port on the front and the rear
- Charge port door that doesn't stick so far out.
I agree! The predictive curve speed is too conservative. I do like the speed limit recognition but I have to turn it off because the two sytems are linked. The system does work well, it’s just that some engineer , sitting somewhere in a dark corner, wants the predictive curve speed control to work because it’s their baby. Maybe they could put the HVAC controls at the TOP of the screen, closest to the view of the road?7 months in, neither my wife or me likes the climate control system . By the time you’ve adjusted the temp, fan, airflow etc you’ve had your eyes off the road TOO long.
