Had a flat. Ordered roadside tow. They hooked it here to get on the flat and one side came out making it start to roll down and the other side caught. My under carriage completely ripped. Anyone have this happen and what all was required for repairs?

Yes happened to me 2 years ago and was fighting with ford to get compensated for 6 months. Your battery rail is damaged and may have screwed up your battery. Sorry to hear you had this issue.

I have the tying towing info/illustrations from ford on my phone. I've read of a few instances of this happening. It's obscenely expensive to repair.

Except Ford didn’t think people might park forward in their driveway and then have their car brick because there are no tow hooks on the back! #fail
Ford has an obnoxious habit of omitting rear tow points or hooks, and they are not super happy to include front hooks in the North American market either (they even went so far as to cover a perfectly good screw in front hook in the North American Escape at one point even though the hole was still there in the bumper just behind the bumper cover for the Kuga to use—front tow hooks are mandatory in some parts of the world). I don’t know what their aversion to them is, but it’s a common complaint I have seen come up again and again in different Fords I have owned.

Jack the car at the lift points, put a dolly under the front wheels. Same for the back. Wheel the car out. That’s how mine got towed outta the garage.

I actually posted a few months back about this. My garage is tough to get to so I saw these on harbor freight. My thought was you could lift the car on to these and spin it around in the garage, enabling the tow truck to access the towing points.>

Funny I was just running that scenario in my head as a way to get my car out of the garage if it ever died in there.

I use similar ones to these for my Slingshot and ATV in the garage. You can move them around easily on flat surfaces. Make sure you get some rated for the weight of the Mach-E so you don't blow out the cylinder trying to lift it.

Also, be aware, if there is a slope, there's nothing that will stop your vehicle from getting away from you as all four corners can now roll in any direction.

That hole was way too small for a tow hook. That tow driver made an absolutely horrible decision. I feel bad for the car owner. You expect that the tow drivers know what they’re doing, just like anyone else you hire to do a job for you. ??

The damage to the car in the photo is not on the battery case. It’s on the unibody frame rail. The tow driver hooked to the locator hole on the lift point And winched on it. Bad juju. He should have hooked to the two factory approved holes below the front bumper (Illustrated in the screen shot @Sikkun posted). ??

Which is not being snarky, knowing where to hook up is good information. The battery rail is the incorrect answer.
Where did you get that great page ? The manual I have has a description, but not the image.
