Any reason not to use post recall small tesla adapter vs the larger one

I know there have been threads on these but, I have both post recall small, and just received large one. The small one seems way less obtrusive and less heavy. Any reason to use the larger one instead?

Nope. Both are fine.

And, it was not a recall, it was a CSP.

No, just different manufacturers. The smaller one was made by Tesla. The larger one was made by Lectron.

Again, there was NO RECALL. Ford voluntarily sent out replacements for June shipments. They avoided a recall.

There are multiple adapters on the market, each looks different. The Lectron-produced Ford adapter is bigger and a lot heavier than the Tesla-produced Ford adapter.

The Ford Fast Charging adapter is easier to use, even though it is larger, because you can operate both latches with one hand. The prior adapter's release latch was much more annoying and required repositioning the adapter to be able to grab it. WIth the Ford adapter, removing it is one uninterrupted moton. I've never used my prior design since getting the Ford one.

They're both Ford adapters... Yes, the Lectron is easier to use.
