The dealership probably didn’t include your email on the order. There’s a place to include the customer’s email when they are submitting the order.

They said they did when I asked them about that. I doubt they would have lied to me.?

Did my weekly check-in this morning.

The actual Ford status page reverted back to "Order confirmed" when it was in "Production" last week which I think is a web error because I have reached the shipped stage!

I ordered a 2025 back in November with a build date of 2/17. The dealership said the eta of my car is 3/11. Whats the over/under of me being disappointed?

I think it's safe to say there's a slim chance of getting anything tomorrow. So far I haven't heard of anyone getting even an ETA on a 2025 let alone delivery. I don't think it'll be too much longer, but this week seems unlikely. I'd be stoked to be wrong though.

I suspect the dealer meant that it would be produced by that date, which is in line with other builds that slipped a week from 2/17 to 2/24. I suspect that we will see more shipping out this week from that batch.

My dealer that ordered my GT sent the order confirmation page to me. They have my correct email listed, so who knows why I never received an email from Ford. I contacted a few dealers who have units similar to mine on order. They all say May or June before the 25's arrive! Boy, they sure want to push you into a 24 that's not even close to what you want lol!?

Yeah, there is a 24 Rapid Red Rally in N Seattle that I could look at, it even has the stripe delete, so better then other available Rallys I see listed. They have options I don't need like locking nuts, first aid kit, and mobile charger, and since it is a 24 it has no heat pump. Hopefully I won't have to resort to that, if it was still there if it came to that.

Hey all, I've ordered a 2025 GTPE, and in my anticipation for it's assembly/arrival, I thought I'd see if anyone is interested in my maintaining a table of the orders and their status. I thought it might be fun to see when and where orders are being fulfilled. I'm in Alaska, so it'll help me to see the timeline of deliveries in the states and give me an idea of how long I can expect to wait. If you're interested, DM me the details of your order:

Why have they not shipped the remaining cars built in week 2/24? The cars going to WA and AK have not shipped, the cars that did ship are going to CT MI IL NY - I see a pattern here. The cars that have not shipped will go on BNSF from KC. I think the other destinations are not BNSF. There are an NV and OR being built this week, that would go on BNSF also.

im in SoCal and I’m part of 2/24. Mine shipped late last week FWIW.

I custom ordered on 11/6 so I'm further into this frustrating process than some of you. Yes, the order tracking page jumps backwards from "In Production" to "Ordered" and still shows that to me now. I'm almost certain that it's been built and is across the border and on a rail line from Texas, but neither the dealer nor the chat agent on ford.com can tell me much more than ?‍?‍.

The chat agent said that `"status": "Arrived at Junction Point" + "etaEndDate": "2025-03-04"` meant that it would arrive at the dealership on 3/4 but maybe give them a day to process and detail it. It is now 3/10 with no email update, order-tracking page still says "Ordered" and this is the F12 json output (unchanged for the past week):

I'm in the same boat, with my car having made it to Texas but now floundering there somewhere with no updates since 3/2.
I called Ford yesterday and the rep said it looked like there was a "partial parts order," but he couldn't see what part. So, that might be why everything is on hold right now since the 3/2 junction point update.

I ordered my new fleet car from Element on 12/3. When I placed my order, it had a build date of 3/3. My company's fleet admin emailed me to let me know that my car was built on 3/6. They said I should be getting it in 2-3 weeks.

I know several of my coworker's cars were delayed by a 3-week shutdown at the plant so that might be affecting some of the shipping/build dates. Ford provided that information to our fleet admin because we have over 600 MME on order with them.

This is just an MME Select RWD since it's a fleet car that my company provides at no cost to me.

It seems the shipping delay on all the MMEs, has to do with needing a replacement part (or parts). All the ones in transit are now sitting on hold and those being produced are piling up at the factory. Went through this with my Lightning order — I ordered a ‘23 Lariat that went into production early september ‘22. It didn’t ship from the factory until after thanksgiving due to all the chip and module shortages. I had to drop everything to take delivery on December 30th where the dealership barely had time to do PDI, just so I could get my tax credit. No info yet from Ford on the situation here.

They should pile them up somewhere else across the border and not at the factory lest the on again off again tariffs become on again….?
