Ford Motor Company will offer employee pricing to all US shoppers: 'Handshake deal with every American'

The vehicle manufacturer called the new initiative a 'handshake deal with every American'

U.S. shoppers will be able to save on Ford vehicles this spring through a new initiative called From America, For America.

American consumers will have access to Ford's employee pricing from April 3 through June 2.

This means customers will pay the same amount as Ford's workers, which is below the dealer invoice price, a spokesperson for the automobile manufacturer told Fox News Digital in an email.

"We have the retail inventory to do this and a lot of choice for customers that need a vehicle," Ford Motor Company said in a statement.

During this period, shoppers will be able to save on 2024 and 2025 hybrid, plug-in hybrid, diesel and gas-powered Ford and Lincoln vehicles. The deal excludes the 2025 Expedition and Navigator SUVs, the Raptors and Super Duty trucks.

Electric vehicle shoppers through Ford's Power Promise will also receive a complimentary home charger and standard installation through June 30, according to the announcement.

Ford cited "uncertain times" and the "complexities of a changing economy" as reasons for the campaign's launch.

"For 121 years, we've put our money where our mouth is, assembling vehicles that Americans rely on and supporting American jobs," Ford said in a statement. "Today, we’re proud to announce a new U.S. initiative that's more than just a promotion. It's a handshake deal with every American."

Apparently Ford is looking to capitalize on their large inventory and offer discounts while other companies are forced to raise prices. Starting today, Ford is offering "Employee Pricing" on a bunch of models, including our beloved Mustang Mach E. Here are the details from the site:

Ford Mustang Mach-E Ford offers employee pricing (below invoice) to all US customers April 3 through June 2 - "From America to America" 1743681114700-3f

Does anyone know what exactly the numbers are for Mach-E? I thought on the EVs, invoice price = MSRP.

Also the lease incentive dropped from $7500 to $3500. Tesla conquest looks like it’s gone. Power promise cash dropped to $500.

Unless employee pricing is more than $5500 less than MSRP then Q1 pricing was still much better….

I thought the Lease incentive of 7500 was part of the EV portion of the tax credit directly into the Lease. How do they remove that? I always thought that was just automatic while leasing...

Employee pricing is a formula. It’s always better than invoice.

Not $5500 better though.

My father was a Ford employee so while he was alive I was able to use the employee Z plan. I believe at the time it was something like 2% below dealer invoice.

Ford is notifying dealers with more details at 10:00 AM today.

It’s up to the leasing company (in this case Ford Credit) whether they want to pass along the full incentive, partial amount or nothing at all.

I noticed the $3500 lease amount as well. Hope they aren’t just shuffling numbers around to make it look like it’s a better deal than what it already was. I feel like a lease on the 2025 model was better before this.

Oh I'm sure they are just shuffling things around. But don't we have our choice of what's offered when our vehicles arrive, or what was offered when the order was placed?

If the prices aren't as good, then they can call it what they want but it's a price increase. The buying used route is looking more attractive (to me anyway).

Yes. I bought my 24 GT with an A-plan. It’s 5.4% off MSRP. I paid $58,503 on a 61,860 MSRP vehicle. So $3,357 and not as lucrative with lower incentive.

My dealer was already giving me 4.25% off MSRP, and I had an Exclusive Cash offer from Ford for $1250. Plus the lease cash was $7500 vs the $3500 now. I'm better off taking what was offered when I placed the order 3/6.
