I’ve been a proud Mach E mama for about 2.5 weeks and was infested by ants at my school! I took out my trunk floor board and found this next to the what I assume is a tire inflator. What is it? There were no other machines in the floor board besides the tire thingy.

And the ants never made it inside! ?

This is the Ford mobile charger. I think early models came with it by default but it was later an optional extra. It has plug adapters for 120V and 240V outlets.

I’m assuming you purchased a used MME. First owner either kept the mobile charger or it died and got thrown out. I’d be shocked if Ford would include an instruction sheet for something that didn’t come with the vehicle.

What year is your Mach E
Mine is a 2022 and came with the inflator in the trunk and the charger in the Frunk

I just bought my 2024 in December and I received this charger. Maybe my particular dealer decided to include it. Maybe it was because I opted for the cash rather than an in-home charger installation.

Hard to say - you'd have to check your window sticker. Could be that dealer adds it as a default accessory (I think it's $500 or $600).
