Does anyone have a photo of the 2025’s new frunk? Curious to see how much the heat pump addition affected the frunk space in the 2025.

I can't say I grew up with much more than the turn signal and Cruise Control (On/Set - Off was the brake pedal switch) on the turn signal stalk. The high beam switch was on the floor (next to the clutch pedal and under the parking brake pedal). I can say that I've driven those kinds of cars and the controls were OK. I just don't see a column-mounted gear selector in any car with bucket seats. Just me. ?‍♂?
You’ll next be telling me about the thing on the floor you used to press with your foot to squirt water onto the windscreen, the days when cars didn’t even come standard with a radio or even somewhere to put one, and large trucks that did not come with heaters.

Just how old are you HP? Must me as old/older than me?

LOL I'm not super-old, but old enough. My Blazer's rear seat was optional. On previous years of the first generation of the Blazer the door windows, an AM radio (AM/FM was an option on my 1972), the front passenger seat, and a hard top were all optional (they were standard by the time my '72 was produced). I like to joke that the '67-'72 Blazer used 1950s technology. The joke is not that far off. ??

Thanks so much for the detail post on changes.

Does anyone know if any of the software updates will be coming to previous model years?
Instrument cluser, global charge limit, charging rate? Of course, even if do release them, still got to hope your vehicle pulls the update. My 2023 has not done an update for 6 months.

Ford has not said that any of those updates will be forthcoming to earlier model years. Based on past history, most of those changes will eventually make it to the older cars. Also based on past history, don't hold your breath waiting for any of whose changes to be released to any older VIN. ??

I hate stalk shifters and much prefer the dial. Stalk shifters are very GM. They are clunky and then lead to the horrible mess that is the new everything stalk on the left.

That left stalk is ridiculous now. WAY too much going on there. And I'm not sure if I see a "mist" option for the wipers anymore? Or maybe it's just not visible? You know... the single wiper swipe without turning the wipers on?
For mist just press the washer button and release. Mist and no fluid happens

So they’ve done away with the windshield washer?! Seriously? That’s insane!

The question was about the single swipe of the wiper. Windshield washer function is still there.

So they’ve “overloaded” the “wash” function with the “mist” wipe now? That’s still very poor design as the two features aren’t even really related. I’d never think to use a windshield wash control to do a quick single wipe of the windshield.

Unexpected surprise! Frunk button on the key! I'll have to get the part number and see if I can program one to my 2023 and see if it works!
