The rear does not need any adjustment bolts. The camber and toe can be adjusted without any issues. I would have them re-align it again or take it to another place.
Thanks Mark (and @HuntingPudel) for the info. Like I said generally I have no issues with my dealer, they have always been great with service. Once we get the springs I will have my suspension guy take a look at the alignment...

If he can deal with nightmare like this ones above and make it all perfect he can handle the Mach-E!

oof its probably because your SR is almost 600lb lighter than the GT/rally
Yeah, it probably also doesn't help that the 2021-2022 SR RWD models are also so much lighter than everything else (nearly 300 lbs lighter).

I'm still trying to pursue getting those rear spacers removed. I think once those are off, the car should look a little more balanced.

So I probably won't need the spacers then on my 24 RWD.
i would get them on your SR RWD 2024. They have the LFP battery which is much heavier than the old SR NMC. Your SR RWD is only like 30lb lighter than my RWD ER

Alright, I ordered rally springs and eibach sway bars to hopefully do this right on my 21 First Edition AWD. I had almost ordered the Eibach progressive springs and would not have really minded the lowering. Do we think the Rally springs are better at smoothing the ride over the Eibachs?

Yes because they have a lower spring rate (softer) and with more suspension travel you won't hit the bump stops as much as you would with lowering the car (even though you have to shorten the bump stops when installing the springs).

I am tempted to replace my Eibach lowering springs with the Rally springs on my old GT, along with adding the Eibach sway bars. I don't know how big an improvement the Rally springs will give me over the Eibachs, but it sounds like these are the best modifications available.

Thanks markboris and everyone who has tried these parts and shared experience and information!

The stock bars have their frame bushings vulcanized to the bars. In addition, the bushings are vulcanized to the bars at angles, which preloads the bars. This causes some weird suspension motion issues, creating some harshness. So, a secondary effect of installing the aftermarket bars (either Steeda or Eibach) is smoother suspension movement resulting in less harshness. The primary benefit is better handling. ??

AND it’s the single best modification you can do to this car. Period. I’ve not only installed these bars on all three of my Mach-E’s but at least 7 others (all members here).

LOL I've only done Steedas on my '21 and helped a couple of members with those, and Eibachs on my '24. I'm a lazy dog! ??
