Like the title says, how can we add known DC fast charging stations to the native nav so our cars can precondition?

I’ve got an active subscription to Connected Navigation but it’s missing fast charging stations.

For example, ElectricEra stations in Arlington, WA and Seven Feathers travel center in Canyonville, OR are invisible to the Mach-E.

Nothing you can do, except make sure they are in apps like PlugShare, which is user sourced, i.e. you can add locations.

The database in the vehicle is refreshed by the navigation provider on a monthly basis (once it's in the database, the nav uses real-time information about the status of the station to route to it, but it needs to be in the database first). If it's in FordPass, that's a good sign that it's in the process of being added to nav.

these stations, like Seven Feather travel center has been in places like PlugShare for many months.

it’s just crummy because the preconditioning for the pack makes a difference and I need the native nav to do this (I use CarPlay). Not only that, but there are a lot of new, high quality stations that Mach-E drivers are getting routed around because our nav systems are ignorant.

Will the battery pack pre condition if its temperature is in the 70s regardless of outdoor tempersture?

Is this the location? Looks like it's in FordPass, I can check in vehicle.

Thanks! I see it in Ford Pass but the Public Charging app didn’t show it when last checked and so I couldn’t navigate to it.

yeah, I checked in the vehicle and they’re not visible. The car has no idea that it can charge there.

They're in my nav. Is your Connected Navigation subscription active?

The one in Canyonville is showing a 0 kW speed (because it has no speed listed in PlugShare by the operator, who needs to correct it), so it will show in the wrong speed filter and won't be routed to, but it is there. Your other example in Arlington is listed correctly.

I just got my MME Saturday and have been trying to find out how to locate chargers. I know there is a public charger a block away but doesn’t show up when driving past it this morning

i have connected service, blue oval set up and active

but my nav screen didn’t show it. I notice that this has a charger icon at the search Bar. I guess that is an option?

You can always search for chargers by tapping "Where to?" and then Chargers. You can find chargers near you, near another place, near your destination, or along an active route, as well as filter by speed and whether the charger is in-network or not.

If you're talking about seeing the chargers on the map as you drive, that's also a setting you can customize for what blue Point of Interest pins display. I have mine set to chargers only.
