I guess I am a little confused by your question. People will buy stuff. Sometimes it is made by robots. If it's stuff people want or need, they will buy it, regardless of who or what makes it.
It senses torque on the wheel, not capacitive touch. If you are lightly holding the wheel but not putting in any torque at all, it will ask for hands on the wheel.
The problem with saying financial success is influenced by luck vs only skill and hard work... Neither is truly correct. Well, it might be, unless you are a woman. Or black. Or Hispanic. Or have a foreign accent. Or are LGBTQ. But that's the unpleasant part that people often prefer to gloss over.
Seeing as the Cost Of Living Adjustments that got sacrificed 15 years ago have not yet been reinstituted... Actually, their pay went down. "Adjusting for inflation, autoworkers have seen their average wages fall 19.3% since 2008."

Um. Not an electrician here, but... Don't the wire connections need to be torqued to a certain amount to ensure good connection? Which yes, can be done by a non-electrician, assuming they have a torque wrench, but getting every connection just right is more important for an EVSE than most of the...
Depends on how specific the OP is on what would be an acceptable replacement. CR1s seem more rare. Most dealerships have Premiums and GTs on the lot, and not many CR1s. I love my CR1, but if the wait for another is super long, fixing this one may still be fastest, unless a comparable extended...
I don't think that delaying pushing an update would save any money. They did have temporary layoffs, but only of employees that were essentially unable to work due to the strategic strikes. Temporary layoffs of the technical people who manage these software updates would likely cost more in...
