Does anyone know how to track KCS Railcar?

Have the same question. Rail car # KCS 008384 (Kansas City Southern Railway Co.).
Tried the CXS automated tracker and was told car was empty and released to customer some time in December.

I found a way to register with Mykcs.com Now I just have to wait for approval. Fingers crossed.

Where did you get rail car Number? I know my car arrives at jax port then probably csx to miami. Once in miami I know how to watch for dealer delivery. But between port and miami ?????

Boat arrival 4/14 day before good friday, hopefully they move it off the ship to a truck for you and rail for me.... I see the Ford place in Miami where Fords go is in the middle of a rail yard.

Ship to depart Jacksonville, April 15.

Hopefully the ship arrives early enough Thursday so our ponies can be unloaded Thursday and moved to our next shipping phase ASAP. For once in this process, maybe things will fall into place. I‘m sure I’m being too optimistic given it’s Easter weekend.

I did let my dealer know it’s coming on the Alliance Fairfax?

Went to the dealer today. VVR shows that my car is at Ramp 5J, Lecheria Cuap, EM

The dealer pulled up the VVR and gave me that as the rail car number. If you Google how to track a railcar on KCS de Mexico, it takes you to the CSX website. Under the Trackers section of the forum, it says all trains start out on CSX to Kansas City. When I followed the directions and called CSX as per the Trackers link, the system took my letters and numbers with no problem and gave me a report. The report of course made little sense.

I received my shipped email yesterday, so I assume it is now loaded on a train. For weeks when I would call Ford, they kept telling me it had arrived at the ramp only. Looking at the map, Lecheria is near Mexico City, so I wish they would get the train moving. VAMOS! I guess I will try again in a day or two to see if the report is any different. Wish there was an easier way to track it, like I don't know.....everyone else that ships merchandise. At least there are hints of things moving now. My dealer actually had a a fair number of new cars on their lot today.

What email address did you use to find out your MME is actually on the Alliance Fairfax? I think my MME is on that ship too.

When you look at ordertrack.app, it says the origin is Kansas City. So I wonder if the car does not show up on that site until it gets to KC from Mexico. Is the only way to track it from Mexico to KC the CSX phone number?
