Sorry, I misspoke. It's six digits. It's on the top edge of the window sticker. In this example, mine is 003428.

Yes; clearing cookies for shop.ford.com doesn't help either. On a mache reddit someone mentioned this morning that it happens frequently on Sundays. Uploading new code I guess. Hopefully well-tested.
