It is good to see people from the 1/3 build date finally getting delivery. Trying to get my railcar # from the VVR... hopefully mine is around the corner.

I don't mind waiting, it's just frustrating to think it's coming on a certain day, then the day of find out it'll be another week... kind of hard to trust their tracking info

I just got my railcar number but the stupid automated phone system doesn't get the character prefix of the railcar ID properly ?

Is there any other way to trace that stupid Union pacific railcar?

I'm going to join the chorus of people and say that I'm really frustrated with Ford right now. I don't mind waiting - I went into this expecting it would be a six month order-to-delivery time... my issue is Ford's utter lack of ability to provide me with relevant knowledge for the car's tracking.

My car is currently sitting in Kansas City and has been for the last 10 days. That makes zero sense if the car is built and ready to go. No one at the dealership is willing to give me the railcar # off the VVR (they claim they have no idea what that is) so I have no idea what is going on. If I'm included in this 3 month wait group, I'd like to know so I can make other arrangements.

The car could be a 10/10... the communication from Ford is a 3/10

I'm happy ... I drove my SB GT away from Sheehy Ford, Midlothian, VA about 15 minutes ago. I'll test the kick-open rear when I finish my restaurant dinner.

I'm happy ... I drove my SB GT away from Sheehy Ford, Midlothian, VA about 15 minutes ago. I'll test the kick-open rear when I finish my restaurant dinner.

I've tried a couple of times this evening with my 2022 GT to trigger the hands-fee tailgate and have gotten no response. @ponydsp will test his 2022 when he takes delivery tomorrow for a second data point.

I was finally able to reach union pacific customer support rep. I gave him a Railcar number, and he told me that it is currently passing Nevada. It will be in Mira Loma, CA on 2/12/22 at 3:30AM.

There is a little secret how to reach the representative. After telling that it can't find your equipment the automated system will ask if you have another peace of equipment. You need to say NO. Then it will offer to go to Main Menu, say MAIN MENU. In the main menu press # and the system will redirect you to the operator.

FYI here's a pic of the driver's window on a 2022, January build GT to help determine if acoustic glass is still standard on 2022s. I haven't searched for a comparison pic of a 20121 GT front window. Did someone post one in the general thread about the delete of hands-free liftgate?

Just checked the glass in my 2021 First Edition and it is the same glass. All specs match exactly.

Still at the dealer but hands free liftgate doesn’t work. Price protection works but not with x plan pricing because x plan pricing is based on the newest MSRP which is about $1000. So I only used price protection without x plan
