I am surprised it was 2 days from Denver to the dealership. Is your car Ramp RH27?

Ramp was RY08 - came into Muncie.

By the way, once it hit KC, PalSapp never changed and OrderTrack said "In Transit" until two days after it arrived at my dealer.

While I am happy to have access to ordertrack.app! The issue with it is still pulling data from ford.com and ford.com clearly has data lag/accuracy info.

My delivery just updated from this week to 5/20-5/26. Almost back where I was when on chip hold. I hope I'm not still in Kansas; Palsapp shows it as delivered on 4/9. That would be a lot of waiting.

Edit: First, original delivery date was supposed to be mid February.

Palsapp (via reqbin or ordertrack) showing as delivered likely means that Jack Cooper Holdings trucked the vehicle (ultimately going west via rail) from the International Freight Gateway in/near KC, MO to the Argentine Rail Yard in/near KC, KS. You are still ahead of me, mine arrived at IFG 8 days ago and was apparently unloaded on Monday. Palsapp now shows as pending/picked rather than pending/ASN so I think Jack Cooper is at least aware that the car is physically waiting for a truck.

Once palsapp shows as delivered I think the best way to get status is to check every few days with Ford chat at https://www.ford.com/help/contact/. They've been good about giving me location (and rail car # when on a train). They also politely suggest I check with my dealer for status, but my dealer told me in January that my vehicle had already been through KC when it was actually in Mexico on chip hold. I wouldn't trust him if he told me the sky is blue (which it currently is.) BTW, I cannot get chat to work with my version of Firefox, so I must resort to Microsoft Edge or to a browser on my phone.

I also posted this on the 01/10 board, but since we're all mixed up on order dates and shipping times I thought I'd comment here too. I just finished a chat with Ford. Our Mach E went to shipped status (and we received an email) on April 18th. Ford just told me the vehicle was shipped via rail car AOK 501653 and was received at Ramp 5J, Lecheria, Cuap, EM on April 18th. It is expected to leave this location between May 11-May 17. That seems insane to me after our car has been sitting there built since March 7th. Is it really taking this long? Cars are sitting on rail cars for 3-4 weeks before they leave Mexico? Has anyone's car taken that long to actually leave Mexico once it was on a rail car?

that chat person is probably the one I got today, who gave me the ETa to dealer as when the next thing happens. the person has done this on 2 different chats w me and just is clueless about how to read that part of the VVR (despite my politely explaining what it means). Hang in there. It isn’t that long once you are on the railcar.

Ignoring my first "it shipped" email that was in error, the actual VVRs and chats for me stated:

Returned from off-site 3/18 and the chips were installed and it was released on the same day.

Released from Ramp 5E, Santa Rita VL on 3/18, however, it went to Santa Rit into a convoy delay in Mexico.

On 3/29 it shipped via Convoy from Santa Rit to Ramp 5C Envios EM on 3/30.

It shipped via rail car from Ramp 5C Envios EM on 4/7 to Junction Point Ladero TX.

On 4/8 I got my " your vehicle has been shipped" e-mail from Ford.

The car was received at Junction Point Ladero TX on 4/11.

As of 4/18 it was still in Laredo Tx.

On 4/20 it was received at "Internati, MO" (just south of Kansas City, MO where I presume it still is as it is waiting to be picked up via convoy to Muncie Kansas.

From there it will head west to Ramp RH27 in I think Mira Loma CA. Then a car carrier to the dealership.

Still reportedly scheduled for 5/2-5/8 delivery.

I did not include that history prior to shipping. It was taken off site in January and then returned to the factory for the chip update.

Oh ok, my misunderstanding. I saw this part:

and read it as getting the chips while it was in Santa Rita-- I wouldn't expect them to do the 10+ hour round trip between Santa Rita and the plant near Mexico City, and install the chips all in the same day, but maybe that was indeed the case?

Sent "off site" on January 20th to Ramp 5E Santa Rita VL
"Returned from off site" to the Ford Mexico, Cuautitlan Assembly EM on 3/18
later the same day- "released" 3/18 (I assume after the chips were installed) then back to Ramp 5E, Santa Rita.

I just got my newest VVR, and it says that my MME arrived at International, MO on 4/20 at 10:30. Nothing has shown up on Palsapp yet except pending. Still shows eta of 4/21 - 4/27. When I chatted with Ford the lady said my car is supposed to arrive on 4/27. We'll see...
