So here is a question. I recently got a " 2022 Model Year RCL Customer Satisfaction Private Offer" email from Ford. I provided it to my dealer. My dealer is telling me that is the same $750 as the $750 we were all promised when our 2021 orders were converted to 2022. Is that accurate?

Can't wait for mine to get to Enumclaw. May 17th will be a year. Last seen on a train in Wisconsin. lol.
Did you track yours once it shipped with BNSF? Just trying to figure out if yours went from Kansas to Wisconsin. Seems like an odd route to take for Wa bound car.
Looks like you got answers in other posts. For me I never got notified from Ford for any status. Last time they sent me anything they delayed my delivery to 5/20-5/26. I had to chat with Ford.com that it was delivered to KS and then waited 2 more weeks and chatted again that it had been delivered to Portland. From there it was a few days to get it across the river.

Just saw you are from Enumclaw...grew up in Olympia and and used to play soccer against your team many, many years ago.

I suspect it is the formal name for it...but I don't know for certain.

BNSF doesn't have a tracking system of their own. As someone said earlier you have to use the Norfolk system. It was explained in a different thread that all railcars start out there and continue to be tracked by them, but I found none of the information it gave to be accurate. It told me my rail car was in Canada, and I'm in the other CA located in the states. My car has been sitting at a railyard less than 30 miles from the dealer just waiting to be driven the last little bit. Norfolk says it's in Manitoba.

Does anyone know how to track a Hansen & Adkins convoy? My MME came into Jacksonville on the Alliance Fairfax on 13 Mar. This morning Ford chat told me that it has a convoy # 1929681 for H&A AutoTransport. But they had no other information. They couldn't tell me when it was picked up. I sent the trucking company a message asking for the info but I have no expectation that I will get a reply. Anyone know how to track this?

This morning Ford chat told me that it has a convoy # 1929681 for H&A AutoTransport. But they had no other information. They couldn't tell me when it was picked up. I sent the trucking company a message asking for the info but I have no expectation that I will get a reply. Anyone know how to track this?
I suppose you could just call them and ask. Hansen & Adkins Auto Transport | (hansenadkins.com)

Thought i would offer some hope! Should have posted this a few weeks ago but life is busy...

Ordered 7/29/21, Build week 1/3, last estimate email said april 22-28. Picked up April 11th

Dealer honored price protection and $750. I wasnt offered any financing incentives, i sent it through my credit union at 2.39%

I LOVE the car.

I think they are going directly to the dealer. That’s what happened to me never went to the area in miami they usually sort out cars to dealers. United roads still says inactive. By tomorrow call your dealer!! You are close!!

Dealer called me this morning to confirm that they show the car dispatched to them to arrive today! Waiting for the call that it is actually on-site. Probably will end up taking possession tomorrow.

By any chance does anyone know current Ford Options financing in Florida. My dealer knows nothing. Can anyone please help.
If you tell me your zip code and the first 2 digits and last 8 digits of the vin I can run a vincent for you. The program for Illinois got worse. It's 3.9 + $500 rebate

I just got the complete your purchase email! Called the deanship and was told it is still in Jacksonville.... He also said that it looks like it just arrived in Jacksonville which I know is not correct. Either way it is v=getting close.
I bet it at the dealership tomorrow. These cars from the pier got completely lost in ford system. The email to complete the purchase is the only thing I got.

@hack-e Ford.com updated the ETA to 5/3-5/9 today. I swear I am at the end of patience now. What the fuck is the point of an ETA if you’re just going to push it back every time it hits that delivery window? Oh, and it has been changing literally every day this week, from 23-29 to 26-2 and now this.
Mine has started the every day change of estimate now! Good luck!
