How do we get this?

I requested access via the FordPass app. However, someone at the factory would have had to accept the request within the car itself. I was lucky that someone pressed the button inside the car while it was in the factory. GPS wasn't working from the factory to KC, seems like the railcar was blocking the signal. Ever since it arrived in KC, seems like the GPS is working again. Not sure if this is only temporary or the railcar is built differently that GPS can work.

I see references to "Ford chat" but on their website when I click on chat it does not open a window. I want to see where my car is. Tracking is not working today and another member whose car has the same build date is already at the same dealership. I'm hoping mine is there as well or will arrive sooner than the end of July.

For some reason, Ford chat never worked on my phone for me. Try using a computer.

Well I was pleasantly surprised when I just did a Ford chat a few minutes ago to get a status update. Instead of waiting for a train, my car was picked up by convoy (truck) from Kansas City for delivery to Ohio. I'm surprised because I though everything stayed on trains until it got much closer. Ford is still saying 7/22-7/28 for delivery but honestly I'd be surprised if I didn't get it next week.

Also, palsapp doesn't work anymore right? It would be cool to track the truck if possible.

I just got this from chat:
I show your vehicle is currently located on  Ramp 6M, Argentine, KS. Shipped Rail - Railcar # TTGX990396 (Burlington Northern & Santa Fe Railway Co ). It is currently in transit. Projected ETA to dealer is currently Aug-06-2022. That date is subject to change.

Why they send a vehicle destined for Houston to Kansas beats the hell out of me

I checked with Ford Chat yesterday and according to them my car is still stuck in Corpus Christi, TX. No updates in over 3 weeks. This is getting a bit annoying. They still say projected ETA is still 7/18-7/24, but I'm getting skeptical about getting it this month.

Sweet! Was able to get railcar from Ford chat. Being it's on Norfolk Southern Corp, I was able to call the automated number. My car left St. Louis, MO today at 5:53pm. Love to hear progress!

Ford Chat told me that my car is still on ramp 6 but assigned to Jack Cooper Transport convoy #1362477312. I think you used to be able to track that through palsapp but I can’t get that to work, does anyone know how to track that?

I hope you're right. Ford Chat says it's still in KC but they always seem to be a few days behind.
