Decided to check in with Ford Chat today, as I hadn't gotten an update in a week. My vehicle is now in Kansas City, MO, arrived at a ramp. I asked what ramp, and they said there wasn't a ramp number yet because it was waiting on another carrier to pick it up.

2/19: Order confirmed
10/20: In Production
10/22: Window sticker
10/28: Modules show up
10/29: Built status (actually shows was built 10/28)
10/29: Shipped status
10/31: Tear tag appeared
11/1: Location: Lecheria EM railyard / switching terminal

So was it off loaded there?
Is it going to continue on rail?

Anyone in Canada able to get any useful information out of the chat on ford.ca? Anytime I've reached out, the person responding can only tell me what I already know (expected delivery date); just curious if anyone has had more luck getting info like rail number, or current shipping location.

Pretty much the same experiences with Ford canada chat, with the exception of 1 or 2 agents if I get really lucky.

Ever since the car went into production I have just been resorting to getting information from Ford.com (USA) chat instead. Use VPN for a US ip to access it.

Ford.com agents are generally more forthcoming with providing the secondary status.

I thought it might be helpful to do a little scoreboard watching with our deliveries. So I went through this thread, found all the users that I think were in the 10/24 build week, and created a spreadsheet to track the basics - username, date "Built", what state they are in for delivery, estimated delivery window, and actual delivery date to dealer.

PLEASE LET ME KNOW OF ADDITIONS OR CORRECTIONS SO I CAN UPDATE IT - as you can see I don't have built dates or estimated deliveries for some of you. Also a final note - I put the Canadians in a separate section of the sheet. Not because I have anything against those crazy Canucks, but because I figure the delivery pacing is probably not a fair comparison between US and Canadian orders.

Anyway, here it is (embedded from Google Sheets), currently sorted by Built Date and then State:

I've tried not to obsess about my delivery too much, but yesterday I broke down and went to the chat. As of 11/6 my MME had arrived at Junction Point Laredo TX and delivery is still 12/5.

Dealer hasn't been great with updates nor are they willing to share VinView information. Saying that ford hasn't "authorized" them to use/share that information.

Dustin, I show your order status as in transit. Projected ETA to dealer is currently Dec-29-2022. That date is subject to change. Shipped Rail - Railcar # KCS 008345.

my mach-e has been in KC since Nov 8. , last update was yesterday Nov 14th when it showed "received" at Richards-Gebaur 6R. Hopefully it'll be on the next train soon.
