The building is not involved. It's with EVgo. The electric company gave my building a gift

Hopefully, EvGo will actually maintain the chargers. EvGo doesn't have enough money to maintain the chargers they currently have. I would guess that the apartment complex has entered into a maintenance agreeement with EvGo. In that scenario, EvGo would be able to provide the maintenance or contract for because they're being paid to do so.

Interesting; that might be the arrangement. I have no idea, but will investigate with my building manager. Thanks!

There are cities in the world that have things called public transit and people who don’t own cars.

I guess I just figured it was mostly overseas and the young/uneducated that wouldn't have a car. Out west every single adult over 21 I know has at least one.
