12v battery

I was wondering for those who monitor your 12v what readings you have. While stopped it shows 13.5v but while driving it dips down to 13v. I feel like this is a bit low especially when I got this car a few months ago.

You shouldn't worry about the LVB. If it gets low the car will automatically top it off and alert you. Unless you are getting alerts there's nothing to worry about. The MME had LVB issues in late 2020 and early 2021, that's a thing of the past.

15v is only when it's charging the LVB which can be while it's being driven or L2/L3 charging. If the LVB doesn't need to be charged it will hover at about 13 even when it's being driven.

Again, I wouldn't worry about it unless you are getting warnings from the car.

That’s normal. The Mach-E uses an efficient charging strategy that is much different than older ICE vehicles. As long as the voltage stays above 12.85V while driving, the battery won’t drain. When the battery is full it dials back the voltage as well.
