Well at least you know. The dealer did an update and now the version information is gone and it just says I am up to date. With what? I have no idea!

I know. That screen is a little, no very, misleading. It in no way ever shows you what software you are running. All it will ever tell you is what the latest OTA update you’ve received is. Even then, as you can see, it might not show that.

There is no way to see what software version your car is running without using Fords diagnostic software. That’s because there is no ONE software version, there are dozens.

My car does that regularly. Usually a bit before it installs another update. Keep your fingers crossed. Unless it’s been that way for a long long time.

I received the letter in June and had the dealer update my MMF FE just before going on my Summer vacation trip in July. The update worked very well and DC Fast Charging is so much better for long trips.
