2022 Ordering - Canada

Good Morning Everyone!!

New to the forum and super interested in ordering a 2022 Mach E. My dealer says their portal to order is not yet open and they don't have any insight into when it will be open! Anybody here have a confirmed order for a 2022 or are yours all just pending waiting on the ordering window to open here?

First of all, welcome to the forum! Secondly, your dealer is either misinformed or lying. A lot of people have ordered 2022s. I recommend you just order online without having to visit the dealer.

Edit: I just noticed that you're in Canada. It's possible that ordering timelines are different up there.

Like the General said, welcome to the forum. Also, yes find a different dealer if possible. Also also, ordering online will allow you to track your order and actually complete the transaction online as well. If you order from a dealer in person, you can't do either of those things as far as I know.

I’ve ordered my 2022 in Canada. First they were ordering me a 2021 until the choice of colour came up. Was told Grabber Blue was not available to order on a 2021 Premium. After some discussion my salesmen came back and was able to order a 2022 Premium in Grabber Blue. That was on October 30th.

Guess we can enjoy the wait together lol!! I was able to get my order in on Nov 9th. Crossing my fingers it comes in before my lease ends at the beginning of April!!

Sure is!! I will be that person reaching out each Friday asking if it's been scheduled! He did let me know that's when they get updates and to reach out anytime! He may end up regretting that!

I have total faith it will be! My mother always said that patience is a virtue....it's just one I don't have a lot of! Especially when excited for that new set of wheels!

I was able to place my order on October 8th. My dealer called me as soon as he could see the ability to order in their tools on October 7th, so I think that was the first day 2022 models could be ordered in Canada.

I'd say we should all be close to the front of the queue, but I have no idea how many 2021 orders needed to be converted to 2022 because of the supply chain issues...

Just saw on another forum that next week they will be scheduling through the end of January. Fingers crossed our orders land in that batch!!
