Looks like a 2016 GMC Acadia.. why not just call it an “E-cadia”, or something?

Two wrongs don’t make a right. An SUV EV is a terrible use of the Corvette brand. Big engine, aluminum block, high HP, nimble, screaming engine noise and dual exhaust. An EV??Article on Car and Driver.
There are very, very few details as of yet, but I'm super interested. My first impression is that it looks like it'll be a Mach-E, but with 800v charging architecture, possibly better performance, and Super Cruise (maybe even Ultra Cruise?!).
If there's any way to get the C6 taillights on this thing (I am a 90s child), I would be very, very tempted to trade in.
Maybe they suffer from premature electrification manufacturingAt this point I feel like GM has announced more EVs in the last year than they've produced.
I'll be disappointed if the Macan EV only has a 243 mile range despite having a 100+ kwH battery.I heard about this a month ago but a few pics have leaked. The one I am truly following is the Porsche Macan EV

If they offer overboost like the taycan it would be worth it. Overboost raises HP temporary from 616 HP to 750hp kind of like the MME GT. Kia EV6 performance has right around 206 mile range with a 77kwh battery and 576hp.I'll be disappointed if the Macan EV only has a 243 mile range despite having a 100+ kwH battery.

Ha, well no it will still make 600+ HPI’m sure it’ll be as slow as an Accord 2.0 after 5 seconds also… right…??
of course because Chevy won’t F over it’s owners like Ford did. :-(Ha, well no it will still make 600+ HP
I was talking about the Macan, no idea what Chevrolet will do. And likely if Chevrolet does this it will be a 100k+ SUVof course because Chevy won’t F over it’s owners like Ford did. :-(
Porsche didn’t call their first EV a 911… they created a whole new nameplate.Because, like it or not, SUV's are the desired vehicle today. And a Corvette SUV might be the desired vehicle for a guy that just realized that his current 2-seater Vette is not going to cut it for Costco trips with the family.
Look at Porsche.
white knighting on ford deliberately misleading consumers about the MME GT‘s capabilities after 5 seconds is bizarre.I was talking about the Macan, no idea what Chevrolet will do. And likely if Chevrolet does this it will be a 100k+ SUV
Also commenting on the fact that Overboost, powerboost, 5 second thing is very real on many EV's
