2025 FRUNK is !!!Disappointing!!!

Please forgive all of the sarcastic replies (except for mine. lol.) They aren't meant as an attack on you personally. It's just that there are a lot of frunk related threads lately.

You might feel better knowing that few people actually use the pre-2025 frunk to it's full capacity. (There are a lot who do, but I think the majority of mach-e owners don't.)

I only use when I go to the beer distributor. It seems cool but that's just me.

I love my frunk. I am a bit of a neat freak with OCD. I like to use the frunk for groceries and take-out food. Additionally, I love that all restaurant leftovers always go in the trunk. My '23 stills smells brand new, no food odors. Almost no food ever comes inside the cabin. I love my Mach E and hope to buy another one... but hope that Ford rethinks this space. I'm in Georgia, so the heat pump is a little less necessary than other locations. Even though I understand it helps the AC too, but don't know how much?

Just got a 2025 Rally and the FRUNK is TINY compare to my son's 2023 Premium. I wish there was a choice to NOT have the heat pump. I would rather have the big FRUNK.

‘s why I didn’t upgrade at turn of year! Or swap Stangy for a Capri or Explorer in UK because they are nasty German-based cars with electric engine up front which takes up all the froot ??

As long as it holds a Costco chicken or Panda Express take out it will work for us. If we need more storage and luggage space, then we'll take the Lightning.

In case you aren't aware, the heat pump can act as both a heater AND as a cooler.

We call that an air conditioner.

The Frunk was not a deal breaker. Just rather have the bigger Frunk than the heat pump which I will not likely ever use in Southern California.

Technically, our mild winters are the type of weather where heat pumps would excel in efficiency when you basically just need a little bit of heat and it's not very cold outside, but I agree in that the added cost, complexity, and loss of frunk space don't justify the installation of a heat pump for people living in Southern California.
