I’m wondering what people are seeing for a lease on a 2025. I’m looking at a premium, AWD, extended battery.

Looks like Ford is offering a bunch of money, but it doesn’t look like the dealer is discounting it at all. Ford money is -

$7,000 in EV RCL
$2,000 in Ford options
$500 if I don’t need a charger. (I don’t.)

Dealer mentioned a 12k/year for 36 months with $0 sown comes in at $562 a month. I’m waiting for the full breakdown of what’s going into that but what I know is that registration in NJ is pricey, at $780 for three years; doc fee is $799.

what are others seeing?

What’s the $2000 in Ford options? I don’t see that anywhere
Back on my June monthly statement for my 202/ Mach E, there was a message at the bottom indicating that I qualified for a $2,000 cash reward. I trust it’s that.

“$2,000 Exclusive Cash Reward* When You Buy or Lease

You can combine this incentive with all other available public offers. It's our way of thanking you for your loyalty. Visit your local Ford Dealer soon. This offer ends July 7, 2025.”

The fine print below this seems to tie it directly to my customer id.

I see Ford advertising employee pricing; but I don’t see what that equates to anywhere.

You can see the employee discount for each car if you go through the Ford website inventory search.

Sounds like the $2000 is a PCO (private cash offer) ?

The 2000 is a private offer..not sure how we qualify...but I did as well and took advantage of it.

Here are the lease offers I was provided, one for a GT appearance package Premium Ext AWD and the other a GT.

This was before the most recent tariff price increases and included employee pricing (Price vs MSRP) Trade was a wash so you can disregard that and I didn't put anything down. This is for 10,500 mi/yr

Premium. 6k + 2k + 500 for no EVSE

2025 Premium RWD XR
My 2025 Premium RWD XR w/ Sport Appearance Package (and no pano roof) is $600/month for 39 months, 10.5k miles/year. I paid my state tax upfront, so technically around $1500 down. I felt like that was a bit high, but I bought one of the first 2025s that arrived so I didn't have great comparison numbers as the employee pricing offer had only recently started. I got around $2600 off with the employee pricing and a $4000 lease incentive, so overall less than the $7500 lease incentive they were offering through March 2025.

I originally had an order out for a slightly lower spec Premium trim, just without the Sport Appearance deal and SR battery and was quoted $495/mo. But that was with the $7500 lease at the time we ran numbers.

One tricky thing when comparing lease prices is states do taxes on leases very differently, more than you see with purchase. Outside of just rates varying, some states (like mine) only charge tax on the depreciation/lease value and others charge on the full capitalized cost of the vehicle. That can swing payments quite a bit.

Holy moly.
I leased a 2024 Lightning Platinum with a MSRP of $91,735 in February for no money out of pocket and $571/mo for 39 months.

We used X-Plan discount of $3550 plus additional rebates, incentives and PCO totaling $21,650. Even interest rate was essentially 0% at 0.04%.

We actually went to the dealer looking at a MME but the lease offers on Lightnings were too good to pass up.

I was looking to lease a 2025 Mach-E AWD Premium, but with the recall and sales stop, they aren't doing any deals in my area. It looks like employee pricing and the home charger promo expire on 7/7 while Ford is not selling or leasing the Mach-E. IS anyone still finding dealers that are transacting during the sales stop? Any word or rumor that Ford will be extending the employee pricing, lease incentives and Power Promise past July 7th due to the sales stop?

Looks like a patch was issued on Friday, so you may be able to get something done this week.

Yeah, we got our Platinum in March, those incentives were wild. Paying $403/mo for 24 months. They even got me out of my PowerBoost F-150 lease a couple months early so I wouldn't miss the incentives.

The Mach-e is $398/mo

We were paying $450 for our Lariat PowerBoost, and still putting gas in it. So that was a good size savings. Our Options plan on our 2022 Mach-e we had before the 2025 was $800/mo (but we did get the $7500 tax credit so the 'true' payment was a bit less).

So we cut our payments down significantly this year, which has been nice.

My 2023 in CA was $700 for one year registration. $780 for 3 is cheap!
