Yes. I started an order in mid-November for a 2025 Premium through my dealer. No word from Ford yet on timeline or anything, but I don't expect to get it until maybe April or May.
It’s an incentive offered at time of purchase (if still in effect then). You can pick cash or std install. The general consensus is to take the cash because you can likely do the install cheaper through a local electrician and the process through Ford seems complicated.
That program initially was set to expire January 2 or 3, but it was a success, so it's been extended through March. If you get delivery by then, that deal would apply. However, I suspect they will continue extending the program. I started the process of getting the install done myself, and I'm hoping the program will still be going so I can take the cash. It is taking a while, since you have to wait for permitting, etc, so it's worth doing ahead of time IMO.
And as Greasemonkey rightly eluded to in his post, all sales incentives from Ford dealers apply when you actually finalize the purchase and pick up the car, not when you put in an order. So we don't know what sales incentives might be available when our cars arrive.

Not quite. You can lock in the incentives by placing an order and later taking delivery of that ordered vehicle. At the time of delivery you can choose either what the incentives were at the time of order or the current incentives, whichever is best. It’s called sold order protection.
When I placed my order in late November they assured me that it did qualify. They even gave me all the details/fine print about the Ford Power Promise, knowing that it would be well into 2025 by the time I actually “purchase” the vehicle
