I'm confused with this account, what do you guys do exactly? I've dm'd twice with issues and got 0 follow up after giving a lot of info. Do you create tickets? Try to get ahold of dealers? Genuinely curious why I would give out personal info again to an account that has done nothing I can tell in the past.
I have noticed the same.

I think the outreach on their part is mostly a pre-emptive thing.
My guesses :
1) They probably want to make sure you're actually an owner of the Mach-e and experiencing the problem(s) you've posted about. Not all posts on the internet are truthful.
2) In case you start rage-posting later, they now have a way to contact you offline to sort things out in a non-public forum.

Seems pretty reasonable actually. Keep in mind that a dealer is your designated Ford representative for resolving issues with the vehicle. Corporate Ford has made efforts by escalating certain issues thru a special BEV team, but ultimately your dealer performs any diagnosis and fixes. If your dealer is not resolving your situation, then find another dealer.
For me they created a case, then they called my dealer. And they kept following up with my dealer until the issue was resolved. And they kept following up with me to make sure I was satisfied with the dealer service. Which I was.

I don't know if it make any difference, but I have a feeling the dealer was a little more responsive because of the attention Ford was giving them.
