Agree a CSP. It was mailed (hardcopy) here. The way I understood it is a recall if a safety issue not a malfunction of the vehicle. The brakes locking on after parked is no safety issue. Recalls can install software such that they cause the car to becoming unfunctional or warn it may happen in the near future. That would remove the function of the car but is now safe.Ford doesn’t typically call something a recall unless it’s a recall.

To demonstrate that commitment, we are providing a no-charge Customer Satisfaction Program for your vehicle with the VIN shown above.
On your vehicle, the Electronic Park Brake{EPB) may not function due to damaged or broken wiring.
I was thinking driving in the snow could have an impact. It states
This Customer Satisfaction Program will be in effect until June 20, 2033 or 240,000 kilometres
So the program runs for awhile
