23-PU1024-6CH-AUD (Refined Audio) sucks

Been on 6.14 for about a week now, and all was fine until yesterday when any bluetooth audio - except for phone calls - sounded tinny and like the center speaker was blown. The fact that phone calls were clear as day tells me that the speaker is fine.

I've tried Sync reboots and EQ changes, but nothing has worked thus far.

Just got this, twice.
I got the update, drove off, noticed it sounded kinda messed up and centered. Gave it the Sync Salute and got it again 1 minute after it rebooted. Applied that one and still no real difference.

I went into ForScan and double checked that my modified EQ setting was still the one I was on so it doesn't look like they reset the EQ in the car to as built, just jacked around with something I can't find. Thankfully I can use the Spotify EQ to help but HD Radio is thinner (and it seems to not get HD signal anywhere near as much as I've been watching the HD Radio button turn off and on many times a drive)

I was wondering what happened after the update. The sound seemed very "flat" - was not too happy. Thanks to you all I have surround sound back on and I set both the Spotify equalizer and the one in the car. Now we're back in business. Thanks all!

I got the update a couple of weeks ago and ever since then the center speaker buzzes and the entire car sounds muffled. I've tried everything, and the only think that stops the buzz is moving the fade all the way to the rear. Please uninstall the update, Ford!
