Something to think about on this is if the tire you are going to has a different load rating you should adjust the inflation pressure. A higher load rating requires less PSI to support the same load. This is one of the biggest reasons to stay stock.

For Example the stock 225/55/19 103. 103 is the load rating at says at 39psi the tire will support 1800lbs
a 235/55/19 105 at 35psi will support 1830lbs @39psi it will be overinflated = faster center wear and less traction

Another way to think about it is a 235/55/19 105 XL should be inflated to 36 psi and doing this would hurt efficiency a little but also soften the ride of the vehicle.
