I haven’t got this yet, but I have received like 3 un-numbered priority updates in the past week after not getting any updates since December. My last versioned update was 6.6 and since I’m a 2021 job 1 owner, that means that I STILL do not have a frunk open button.

Does anyone know what’s going on? Will I just never get a frunk open button at this point?

Has anyone got this update applied twice?

Got in my car today and it was saying that this updated was installed. I though: Hey, finally got it, cool.

Then drove the car for a while and got a notification that a new update was available and it would inhibit the car for 8 min.

Went for a quick groceries shopping and when I came back I saw the same update info as installed.

As a bonus, now Car Play does not work. When I connect the USB, I get the message: This USB device will charge only.

Anyone else saw the same behaviour?

There is some other stuff that has to happen before it shows up, not just the OTA. Make sure your FordPass app is updated too.

Now it works! As far as I can tell, I just had to wait. I don't think anything else happened.

My car (2021 GT-PE) downloaded this on the 3rd, installed on the 4th while I was at work. No preferences were altered, so radio stations, A/C, etc. all seem to be fine. Car stayed in Unbridle mode. ??

There is some other stuff that has to happen before it shows up, not just the OTA. Make sure your FordPass app is updated too.

I still didn't get the OTA update, but I went to the Charge Assist app on the car, where it gave me a screen about joining Blue Oval (which I already had enabled previously). Once I clicked through the screen in the car, I opened up my FP app and lo-and-behold the Tesla icon appeared in the Plug and Charge screen next to the EA icon.

@elmedico27 Updates the OBCC. Vehicle inhibited for 5 minutes during install and updates two locations in the module. Battery capacity and SoC requirements seem to be relaxed a bit for this update based on what this vehicle reported to the cloud.

Where did you get this report for your vehicle. I've been trying to find the history of downloads for my car.

Need access to PTS which is Ford's tech website. You can pay for access if you want, or just post/send me your VIN and I will get it for you.

I also have a very early built Job 1 (November) 2021 Premium on 6.6.0 that just received the Tesla plug and charge software.

Has anyone recently received this update? To date, I haven't but I have my adapter and was hoping to use it next month on a road trip. I know I can activate via FordPass or Public Charging app but I hear P&C is more reliable especially with spotty cell service.
