I don't see why not.

I don't imagine there's anything "special" about the Ford provided adapters, but time will tell.

From my understanding, the Ford adapters bear more than a passing resemblance to the adapter used in the MagicDock.

On the Out of Spec podcast, Robert from Ford said that at a Magic Dock, you'll release the Magic Dock, plug into your Ford EV and plug and charge will work. You can also activate the Magic Dock once it's plugged in using the Ford Pass app or the charge assist app on the screen in your ev.

I will probably have to wait a while for this update. No rush though .. car at the dealer for HV battery charger recall and I don’t think they are even working on it yet. So may be a while until I get it back.

I added my Mach E to the Tesla app, they allow adding vehicles as of today, then lied and told the app I have the adapter. Not all V3 sites show up as accessible, there is one very busy site in Glendale near the Tesla dealership that is definitely missing. It is not really important since it is not along a major travel corridor, more of an urban charging site. The most important one to me is Quartzsite AZ (I-10) which has 84 Superchargers and is a real bottleneck today for CCS vehicles (only 4 EA chargers).

Tesla also has the Charge Here button in the app for all supported sites, so maybe P&C is not required.

Yes. Articles that I've read this morning said that Tesla has to push updates out to the V3 stations. It was implied that those updates are still rolling out to the V3 stations.

@elmedico27 Updates the OBCC. Vehicle inhibited for 5 minutes during install and updates two locations in the module. Battery capacity and SoC requirements seem to be relaxed a bit for this update based on what this vehicle reported to the cloud.

Where do you see my battery status? Car was uplugged last night in my garage, I zipped out for two 5 mile drives to drop the kids off at school, 7:30am, then 8:10am, downloaded and installed after the 2nd drive.

In the screen shot, look under "additional parameters" in blue lettering. Those are the battery stats your car reported to the cloud at the time the update installed.
