This has been open since Jan ’26, all other OTA recalls have automatically applied … this one seems not have … is it just us, or is this common for this particular recall?

Well, that’s the odd thing. Since auto updates are enabled, and the MachE’s settings/software update menu says its up to date … but the Ford app continues to report “Active recalls” “25c71 ….” made me wonder if there was a recall issued but not yet a sw update … hence my asking the community ;>

Of course, because its sw … it could be any of a number of bugs (front/backend communication failures come to mind). We’re only a month away from a scheduled service interval, so I’ll engage the Dealer then, but was curious about what others have seen.

The dealer had to come out with mobile service and apply this update in my driveway. The bonus was I got topped off on windshield wiper fluid with this free service call haha
