Hello all....Im new here so thanks for having me. I'm looking for a square set up on 20×9 or 20× 9.5s with 275s. 35 to 40 offset....
Will this set up work without mods? Any feedback will be much appreciated!

Yes Chris, this setup works. Either wheel size (9 or 9.5) and 35-40 offset. I have run this setup in the past on both my '21 and my '24 GT, a 9.5" wide wheel with 40 offset. I am currently running the same wheel width and offset but now in a 21" wheel. The 40 offset in the rear is no issue, in the front the tire inner sidewall is extremely close to the strut. Just want you to be aware of that. If you have the camber set to around -1, you are ok but any more negative camber than that and the tire sidewall may rub. Also depends on the shape of the sidewall. Some tires have a rounded sidewall while others are more flat. If you want to be a little more safe might want an offset between 35-37. I like to have as little poke as possible so that is why I run a 40 offset.

The tires I run with a more flat type of sidewall are Michelin's Pilot Sport 4 S, Pilot Sport EV, Pilot Alpin 5 and Vredestein's Ultrac Pro and WinTrac Pro+. Tire sizes are all 275/40R20

Steve (HuntingPudel) also runs this same setup with 9.5" wide wheels and a 38 offset with Continental ExtremeContact DWS 06 Plus.

As @markboris said, I am running 20x9.5” rims with a 38mm positive aftermarket offset. 😁🐩

I am running Continental DWS06 Plus tires in 275/40R20 and run them at 38 psi. You would need to drop the tire pressure on a 9” rim to 36 or 35. No modifications to the car are necessary to run this setup, but aftermarket anti-sway bars will help extract the performance capability of a wider tire. 😁🐩

Don’t forget to get some nifty Mustang center cap decals! 😎🐩

Amazing info and gorgeous cars gentlemen. I have a 2025 eruption green and looking at the vossen hf5 wheels in satin bronze!
Great color! I was looking for Grabber Blue Metallic when I was perusing 2024s. Almost ended up with Eruption Green at a semi-local dealer but the car had a glass roof. Ended up traveling 100 or so miles to get what I was looking for since it was the only metal roof Grabber Blue Metallic GT on the West Coast (at the time it was the only one available in any color). 😁🐩

Oh, I’m not a gentleman. 🤪🐩

There's just something about bronze with eruption green that I love.

I think it's because Eruption Green has gold metallic flakes in it and that's why bronze accents blend so well. I also think it's a great combo.
