Mark, are you running the Konis as well or just the Eibachs? I've thought of doing the Eibachs but only if the ride and handling improves. Also, I'm interested to see how the foam times do, it there a big difference in ride and noise?
I'm not running the Koni's. I have a GTPE with active shocks and they are pretty good at limiting the bounce, however the Koni's are a bit better for that.

You are looking for an improved ride. Does that mean you want a smoother ride or want to lessen the rear end bounce. Those are two completely different things. Koni's lessen the rear bounce of particular roads. Eibach GT lowering springs smooth out the harshness in the ride. The sway bars will improve the handling without a doubt.

Foam inside the tires is not a big thing at all. It slightly removes the drumming sound you might get over certain roads. I have had the same exact tire with and without the foam and could barely tell a difference even when I used my sound level meter. Don't choose the tire you want just because it has acoustic foam inside. When I look for tires, performance is at the top of my list while range is at the bottom. It does seem that many of the tires I have purchased have had foam inside but most are because they are OEM tires for Mercedes, Porsche, Audi, BMW and the spec out the tires to have the acoustic foam. Hankook's iON EVO EV tires don't all come with the acoustic foam in them. Not sure why they choose to have it in some and not the others.
