4/3/2023 Build Week Thread

We're in the same boat, no idea what the hold up is (probably waiting to get enough vehicles to truck them to the dealership). Dealer said car should be here mid to end of May, so they technically have 7 days. Ford tracker says June 3 to June 16, car built on 4/6 shipped on 4/8.

Just wondering what part of the country is everyone? Mines in the same situation, expected delivery was last week, got pushed to next next, im in NY.

Emailed my dealer for an update and they confirmed the car was delivered yesterday and was put in for prep and detail. Going to stop by in the afternoon and make sure everything is in order. Fingers crossed

You can get the rail tracking info from Ford chat and then just use that info to track it via the RR and it still works (at least for me) via Norfolk Southern. Once I had that info, I'd just call NS and track it with their automated system whenever the "Last Updated" value changed on the car's order tracking page.

If your car follows a similar trajectory as ours, I bet it'll be shipped and on its way to you within a day or two.

I'd add that once you get a location, they can't give you a new location unless your timeline shows a new "Last updated" date. Otherwise, you'll get the same info you got the last time you asked.

None. I gave up hoping for an early surprise especially with the Memorial Day weekend.

Good news is no change in the delivery date. It's still showing 6/3 to 6/16.

Hope things are going good with yours. Seeing yesterday's big Ford/Tesla news helps with the wait.

VA for me. Just picked up my CR1 this morning and love it! It was delivered to the dealership on Wednesday.

Well I got to see my MME on Friday--but it wasn't ready! Apparently i tracked it faster than the dealer and he only realized it was delivered after I emailed. They usually allot 2 days for prep and detail and considering the holiday weekend I have to come back on Tuesday to actually take it home.

Picked up my MME Premium eAWD w/ Nite Pony package this afternoon! Dealership made sure to remove all the bubble wrap so i wouldn't have any weird sounds when making turns But on a serious note i went through the fantastic checklist from this forum, line by line, and everything was in order. He's absolutely beautiful!
