Based on previous posts I’ve seen it would seem that way. My tracker still shows 6/25-7/1. I figured they would have had mine and @FLmac on the same truck as you. Maybe mine just hasn’t updated yet.

When I asked this question to Ford.com chat, yes, that means it's at the dealer. At least in my case.

Mine is still in transit. This is from Ford chat yesterday:
Your current order status is "In Transit" and has shipped rail - Railcar # TTGX706281 (Burlington Northern & Santa Fe Railway Co ) located in Ramp 6M, Argentine, KS. The estimated delivery date is between Jul-13-2022 - Jul-19-2022, which is just an estimate. You may also keep in touch with your dealership for updates as well.

In any case, we might not get it immediately due to the recall. I am also worried as I didn't take any price protection from the dealer. I just have the order copy from them with final price and all. The salesperson at that time(12/2021) proudly told me that they don't charge ADM on MachEs ordered through them. However, he is no longer there. Fingers crossed.

Ordering, purchasing and taking possession from Tesla was incredibly easy. No surprises when we got to the dealership. Process took about 30 minutes. Seems like Ford should be able to replicate.

Mine has to be there too but I ordered at the dealership. If you see a space white premium AWD SR when you go let me know! @voxel also said he’d check. I won’t be able to get over there until Wednesday. (To sit in the car that looks exactly like my current car and that I can’t take home.) Weirdly still super excited!

According to the friendly Ford chat lady, mine is now in Elkhart IN, via Norfolk Southern. Will be offloaded there and finish delivery by truck. 119 miles to go.

Looks like yours was shipped a couple days before mine, so I'm guessing mine is right behind yours. Too bad I'm about 90% sure my car falls under the recall, so I won't be picking it up when it arrives anyway. ?

So I've left voicemails for the managers at my dealership. They're not calling me back. I mentioned the order sheet and Ford Price Protection and I'm guessing they're not liking it. This is Galpin Ford in Los Angeles. One of the largest Ford dealers in SoCal. I would think they wouldn't be oblivious to what this is. I still have a few weeks before I can get my Mach-E despite it being on their lot already. I'm probably going to have to get out there and work this out in person prior to the sale. They're over an hour away though. :/

Elkhart! That's near me! If my car is also there, it's at most 30 minutes by truck from my dealer.
