Hey, just out of curiosity, how did you get all this information? I'm really hopeful that since my dealer is less than 5 miles from the railyard that I may be able to take delivery day of cargo transport but I don't know when that would be. I know it's not on my dealer lot yet, but I assume it won't sit in the rail yard much longer.

I went into the Ford Chat, and provided them with order number and VIN, you have to ask specific questions to get details, they will say where its is, but then you have to ask, like is it has a rail car assigned For them to provide more details.

I’m in Florida. They provided me with a convoy #, but my window sticker says Rail. I read on some of the tracker forums that sometimes the convoy is used to move it to another rail station, not all the way to the destination. Ill wait few days to ask again if it is on a Rail car, or a Convoy all the way. Im hoping it stays on a Convoy since there is a chance of a nationwide rail strike on Monday according to USA Today.

Has anyone with 07/02 build date or later had their order status switched to "Shipped"?
My CR1 (batch 6819) was built on 07/02 but, hasn't been shipped yet.
According to Ford chat it's "...has been received by a carrier at a ramp location ... located at Ramp 5J, Lecheria Cuap, EM". Two weeks seems to be a bit excessive.

Talked to Ford Chat today regarding my shipped Mach E (I'm outside Atlanta).

Shipped Rail - Railcar # TTGX982356 (Norfolk Southern Corp ). Last location shows Ramp 6U, Muncie, KS. I also see an ETA of Aug-14-2022for delivery to your dealer. This information was updated today.

That is strange!!!Did you get from Chat !! I am still in Laredo TX since 7/8/2022.

I got the same result from Ford Chat.
But by calling BNSF I got the latest updates.

I did the Ford Chat to get my railcar number. If it’s going to CA, it should be TTGX. Then I did this 3 times a day:

1. Call 800-635-5768
2. Wait for the prompt and Press 2.
3. Wait for the prompt and Press 2.
4. Enter the letters on the numeric keypad then press #. As in: TTGX will be 8849
5. Enter the numbers for your railcar (it’s the numbers after the TTGX) then press #.

in my experience, I’ve found Ford Chat tracking to be a few days behind the railcar tracking above. YMMV

Yes mine was also on Ramp 6P today, and loaded on a Convoy (Jack Trooper Transport).

New update today, went from Convoy to Rail. Left Muncie, KS on Rail Norfolk Souther Corp, got a rail car number also. In 2-3 weeks should be in Florida. My dealership expects it to be early.

You are FULLSPEED ahead to CA -- I think by next weekend you will be driving along Santa Monica Beach

According to Ford Chat today, the latest information they have is that my car is still at the Richards-Gebaur rail yard in Kansas City. They gave me rail car #KCSM008207, which I believe is the car it arrived on from Mexico three days ago.

Does anyone know how to track Kansas City Southern rail cars?

I'm in the same boat. I believe @levineds and @WNKent are also still waiting to be shipped. I think our deliveries are all to the same SF Bay Area so I have a feeling there's a shortage of transportation headed this way.

My MME was built on 7/6 and my dealer (Frontier Ford) tells me that it is scheduled to arrive 8/19. Ford tracking shows 7/31-8/6. It's not moved at all.... yet.

Ford chat is “assisting other customers” currently. Anyone else on this thread got a car coming to Colorado? Curious if you might have an update. I shipped on the 2nd of July, build 6739.

Based on what I learned this morning from Ford Chat, and the fact that our cars were shipped at the same time, I'd surmise your car is also at the Richards-Gebaur rail yard in KC, awaiting onward shipment. Let me know if you find out anything new!
