Got email yesterday stating that the vehicle was built on Saturday (8/13) with an expected delivery date of 8/31-9/5

Website now has a delivery date of 9/12-9/18. Womp Womp.

Oh well I got the dreaded but expected delay. So my built vehicle has been sitting for close to 3 weeks doing nothing. Now it will take another 3 weeks to deliver. This is horrible customer service from Ford. And this joke of a CEO wants to convince us that this is what people want. This terrible online shopping ordering experience that has not gotten any better in over 2 years. I will never buy a vehicle like this again.

I noticed later in the thread that you guys got delayed emails, but your new dates are still pretty quick, all things considered. My 7/23 build and 7/27 ship date MME has been scheduled for 8/30-9/5.
Hopefully we all get our cars a little early!

Oh my delivery date was updated last night. Now it’s 9/12-9/18. At this point, I just hope I get it before 2023 so I don’t have to worry about the new Federal Tax guidelines.

How are you all locating your estimated delivery date? The ford chat lady gave me a date and said I could find it online but I’m not seeing it anywhere. Online still shows in production.

Only place mine was in is the email they sent me. Other than that it has been from Ford online or customer care on the phone

Where are you finding your batch number? My dealer says mine is built and should arrive early September. I have a VIN and an Order number but it has been ”in production“ since 7/30.

I never got the email from Ford but Ordertracker.app status changed to awaiting shipment. 621/660 built July 30. ETA Sep 10...hopefully that is still on track.
Ford order tracking does not make sense, ford chat and dealer told me that it was built July 30. Dealer even showed me the screen that showed the "full" history that shows it was in the body shop on July 27, to trim line on July 29 and produced on July 30. So Ford is tracking just not showing it to us.

Just talk to for customer care and they show my vehicle in Laredo, TX. One month to get just outside of out of Mexico. Where’s the survey for how Ford has been as a company through this? I want to let them know how I feel.

Mine is still stuck in Mexico and has not budged after it was allegedly built on July 30. Now the ETA is Sep 24-Sep30. instead of Sep 10. Come on Ford get your act together.

I am with you, yesterday Ford Marketing informed me it was stuck at the plant, it was built 7/29, but no movement. He claims once the shipper picks it then it will reflect built, ship date and ETA.

Right now no ETA, was 8/29-9/04, now nothing. Still says In Production. Yuck!
