My estimated delivery is now updated to 11/7-11/13 from 10/28-11/3. I checked with the ford chat and they confirmed that vehicle was shipped from Argentine, Kansas via Railcar # CNA 712722 (Burlington Northern & Santa Fe Railway Co) on 10/23/22. But when I checked few days back with the ford chat they confirmed that the car is still in Ramp 6M, Argentine, KS. How can I confirm that car is actually shipped from Ramp 6M, Argentine, KS?

Have your dealer look it up in VINView. That shows real-time location.

Got my “complete your purchase” email!! Only shows the current finance rates and doesn’t look like it takes into account my deposit, so not planning to do the online purchase. Hoping to hear from the dealership today ???

Update did have my guy at the dealer do the VINTracker, and it is in Pasco, Wa!!!! He thinks 10-14 days. Closer than I thought. I think Ford is giving themselves a buffer on delivery. Not sure if it will be on rail until it gets to this side of the state. Excited about tracking it now, i will get email updates when it's back on the move

Since I have my railcar info I have been able to use the Norfolk Southern Corp phone system to get updates... I've been calling a lot. The car was in Moberly, MO yesterday evening and passed Clapper, MO in the early morning today. Around noon it was in East Decatur, IL.

If you also are a rail shipment using NSC and you have your tracking info this might be useful for you - here is the phone number I saved in my contacts with my tracking info and the 'waits' programmed so I don't have to dial in anything when calling.

You'll need to enter your own tracking number in, but this makes it super quick to check the status - I went the extra mile and put a widget on my iPhone Home Screen to launch this as a contact. It takes about a minute total to get through the prompts and hear the update - much better than doing it manual

His is probably AOK xxx, you would use 8849 instead of 265

Sooo… I texted my dealer to inform them of the new tracking system VINView and asked to have my number added to get updates.

He said, “We are aware of the VIN View but it won’t be available until February 2023. Our management is just beginning to get trained on it.”

I said, “WOW, and I thought NV was only behind the times in health care, education, social services, and and and lol.”

If I could take delivery of a Nissan Ariya right now (or within 2 weeks) I totally would! This might be my first Ford. We shall see. Zip it loyal (and patient) Ford peeps! ???

But i thought is was prepared, but i'm so lost, Soooo many settings, how do you set the home charging limit? So many questions. Car says is it up to date on the system updates, where do you find what the last update was? Feeling slightly overwhelmed.

In the app go to vehicle > charge settings > preferred charge times > home (or set a location as home). You should see a slider there to get charge limit

Finally figured it out, didn't realize the preferred times also meant charge level.
