A/C vents.......airless

None of my dash vents have any air coming out of them even though I hear the fan running full blast.
!
Idea's?

Open the HVAC controls and press the button that corresponds to the dash vents. Then make sure the little knob/spinner on each vent isn't set to "closed"

Make sure it’s ONLY dash vents (and the fan is one of the top two speeds), not combined with floor or windshield. The blower is really underpowered.

I had the same problem when I took delivery of my 2021 MME. I called the dealer to set up a service appointment and they suggested I rotate the roller next to each of the dash vents since they are typically closed coming from the factory. I felt a little dumb but in my defense (and possibly in yours) the rollers aren't that easy to see.

Yeah. My car’s dash vents were all closed when I took delivery. I rarely use the A/C but I noticed this well before the first time I did. ??

All vents were closed when I took delivery.......when I opened them the A/C worked great......Thanks All !
