A2z fast charger

I received my a2z fast charger today. Of course i ran to test it out at a tesla station. I had difficulties locking the adapter to the tesla charger, honestly, almost gave up. However eventually i got it to work and it worked to perfection. I maxed out at 118 kw and leveled up to 78 when i got closer to 80%. Only thing that sucks is that i couldnt pre condition the battery because i havent received the new software

In the most recents state of charge video, Tom showed that you have to hold the bottom button of the A2Z adapter while plugging in the Tesla connector.

Yeah go to 3:58 in the timeline on the video. At 4:00 min section he mentions the lock at the bottom of the A2Z adapter and then he mentioned that the lock has to be pushed down in order for it to authorize.

Just curious, but when did you order it? I ordered mine on 2/29 and trying to get an idea of when I may receive it.

I ordered mine on 2/29 as well, I sent a message asking when an ETA for shipping would be, they Stated they are waiting for replenishment and are hoping today 3/5 they will be restocked..

That video was pretty enlightening. Although it did make my heart skip when the Tesla app didn't even acknowledge the adapter was plugged into the rivian. I felt a little better when the bolt at least got the unauthorized vehicle error.

Once i was able to lock it the adapter worked flawlessly

Yea. Selected the charger and it worked

I have the A2Z adapter. Actually, you slide the switch at the bottom forward to unlatch and slide it back to latch.
