18 days shipping? From China.

I don't believe it's arriving from China, I believe it's coming from Canada, at the end of day when UPS updates it information I should in theory be able to see where it's coming from and will update.

FYI, ordered mine 2/29, it shipped today with UPS with an ETA of 3/18.. not bad!

I'm hoping that mine will be shipped this week. On A2Z's X page (formerly Twitter), they said that adapters that were ordered on 2/29 would begin shipping 3/11 through the end of this week.

I haven’t ordered one, I was just commenting on the misunderstanding that the shipping was 18 days.

I’m one of the lucky ones who got an extremely low order number from Ford. I should be one of the first ones to get their adapter.

Yeah go to 3:58 in the timeline on the video. At 4:00 min section he mentions the lock at the bottom of the A2Z adapter and then he mentioned that the lock has to be pushed down in order for it to authorize.

Really? With the Ford adapter you just click it in place and it communicates.

Ordered mine on 1/27, received 3/9…..
Today, 3/15, went to local SC, “contact cleaner” & Qtip cleaned the SC connector. Female & male pins were filthy. This will be done whenever I might need to DCFC !
I too had a tough time getting the lock switch to fully slide into the lock position!
Finally got it to work, and hoping switch will “ wear” in ?!
Apparently the Tesla/ Ford adapter locks into place automatically w/ the Tesla connector, and then lock switch must be slid down to unlatch?!
A2Z should have made theirs work similarly, just my observation……. Bill P

Really? With the Ford adapter you just click it in place and it communicates.

pretty sure they were talking about the locking mechanism (with integrated switch just like ford/tesla's) getting bumped easily when you plug in and you may need to check it if the charge doesn't start or just to be sure. there isn't a separate step.
