I am in Kennesaw. I have a Rapid Red 2021 Mach e GTPE that is 20 months old and the air conditioning is great. I leave it on 69 with the second degree of automatic. I have never had to put it on max air and put it on 70 in the winter.
Nice. Am in Kennesaw, too, near Barrett Parkway...

I saw someone else mentioned the two front center vents on both sides of the screen. When I first picked mine up nether of the center front vents were open.

The remote start AC blows. It's cool, but come one, blast the friggin air already. It drizzles out of the floorbooard mostly. What's the point in that?

BTW another lucky pownr here had pretty much all the air coming out of anywhere but the vents. After a remote start yesterday it took 2 cycles to get mine back to actually blowing.

I am in Atlanta, and it is rather hot at the moment (only had my GT a few days).
Do you feel the air conditioning works well? Not sure am sold on it, to be honest…
Push the button far left of the light switch. It gets cold fast.

As others have noted, it seems to work OK on Max A/C or set to well below "normal" comfortable temps. Additionally, I find the seats to be a bit hot/sticky. They don't seem to breathe as well as leather or fake leather seats that I've had in the other vehicles / in the past.

What magical switch is this? Would be nice if there was a physical max A/C switch but I'm thinking this is not it? (Not near car right now to see for myself).

The Max A/C button and the fan speed button are to the ledge of the knob on the center screen. ?? I know, it’s not a physical switch. I prefer them too. ??
EDIT: The Max A/C button is on the HVAC screen. The Auto button is to the left of the big knob. My bad memory. ??

One thing Ford does well is AC. Even when I forget to start the car before I leave, I'm turning the fan down and temp up in a matter of minutes.

Much better then a heat pump like in our model y.

You do know that a heatpump is just the air con running in reverse?
I find that both the MME and Model Y cool just fine. The problem is the Auto feature in the MME. It has a mind of its own. It also slow to ramp up the fan.

There is also a glitch where the outside temp is stuck and not updating to the actual temp. It may take several miles or 10+ mins for it to slowly increase to the actual temp. The car is fooled into thinking it is much cooler outside than it is so it simply doesn't cool.

The HVAC in the Mach-E has been witchcraft for me since I bought it.

Go in and Emergency Heat is on with the AC... sounds like a jet engine when cooling down (even in lowest Auto setting) ... still no direct icon to recirculate for when I get stuck behind a diesel vehicle.

It's witchcraft, I tell ya.

Bought GTPE end of summer. Phoenix. Maybe issue fixed with latest updates?

Car parked, very hot. Cooled quickly
If I drive. Parking then Reenter & not bad.
AC close to comfort as Land Rover.

The roof tint blocks alot heat. Thought of interior roof cover. On bad roads the cover could fall down?? Reason I'm hesitant on roof cover.

If very hot, make AC use top & bottom vents. Then only dash vents once cool.

I'm also in Phoenix. During said months, I ensure the AC is set to internal recirculate. If the car has been in the sun for long, I'll click "max A/C". Nothing ground breaking there, but you do have to check on those settings as the car often switches them off randomly.

I got a roof sun shade for the summer months. It doesn't help much to keep the car from getting hot when parked for longer periods (nothing will). But I find the shade keeps that last amount of infrared heat hitting me when I'm driving. Around end of August I get exhausted by the heat, and look to eliminate any part of the sun hitting me.
