I was talking to a couple of Tesla owners at an EV event today about the adapter. I got the impression that our complaints about Ford are minor compared to Tesla owners complaints about how Tesla makes and sells their other adapters. So I would not be surprised if Ford has supply chain issues with Tesla on top of the order sequence issues.

Reserved on like the 14th of this month and it's coming September. I ordered the A2z on the 16th and still no word yet.

You will get your adapter a couple of months or so after you finally junk the damn thing and purchased a reliable, working EV from a reputable manufacturer.

I don't feel guilty in the least that my Ford Adapter is harmlessly sitting in the Trunk awaiting its first use. Charging at home is way too convenient. Haven't made it to a Supercharger "Yet". Traveling the June 1st weekend, so I plan on "popping it's cherry" on that trip.

Just got this email from Ford that my adapter is going to be delayed. I a very low order number in the 1500s that was supposed to ship in May. No idea yet when the new estimated arrival date will be.

Surprise Surprise?. Another Ford coup. And, yes, I realize this is a giveaway. Just pointing out how little goes as planned with Ford.

Shoot, If I didn't need the adapter as bad as I do, I'd probably stick that up on eBay for the $500 (possibly more now) the A2Z went for a couple weeks ago.

Can you use the A2Z adapter on the Mach-E if you don't have the OBCC update for the Tesla Supercharger? I'm assuming you can't, but want to confirm.
