I’m just wondering if anyone else is having the same issue as me. I can see from the forums that many people who have purchased their vehicle after us have received their free adapter. Our client portal shows January 2025 (purchased June 2024) and is not been updated for over a month. We phoned the ford number and did speak to a representative the first time who indicated we should just hold on tight. It’s February 17 now and the number just goes to voice mail. The voicemail states that email will be responded to within 4 hours. It’s been 2 weeks without a response to our emails. I have never has this poor of customer service for something as simple as a delivery. There must be some tracking on something worth 200$.
