Tesla adapter lost or delayed

I’m just wondering if anyone else is having the same issue as me. I can see from the forums that many people who have purchased their vehicle after us have received their free adapter. Our client portal shows January 2025 (purchased June 2024) and is not been updated for over a month. We phoned the ford number and did speak to a representative the first time who indicated we should just hold on tight. It’s February 17 now and the number just goes to voice mail. The voicemail states that email will be responded to within 4 hours. It’s been 2 weeks without a response to our emails. I have never has this poor of customer service for something as simple as a delivery. There must be some tracking on something worth 200$.

I also purchased in June, and the website stopped updating from Jan 2025, but I did receive my Adapter in February. Checking the ford website won't help (when I check mine it still says Jan 2025 as delivery), even though I already have it.

I also got no notification via email -it just showed up. I would recommend calling them to see if you can get a status as you should have had it if you ordered it in June.

US and Canadian order numbers are sequential but they are each shipping separately from different providers and different locations, support is also different between the US and Canada. US deliveries are significantly ahead of Canadian ones.

There is no tracking via any Ford site. Canada had a batch of orders go out and now they're advising there is a holdup on the next batch of Canadian shipments.

I have TWO 2024 Premium AWD Long Range Mach-E's: One Eruption Green, one White
For what it's worth, I bought in November 2024, and I will not get an adapter for free, and I can't buy one either, or even order one. I can't imagine how long someone in my position in the line will have to wait.

1st post here and so far happy with my 21 select. I had noticed when logging into the ford stuff online that for my car/vin that the nacs adapter seems to have been ordered on 8-14-24 and ship by last month lol.
I am the 2nd owner, just bought last week. There is an order # showing so does it mean that the original owner will eventually receive an adapter for his/her old car? And I would assume that such pending order means that "I" can't get it?
Sorry if I missed something, new to the car and here.

I got my Mach E in September. Received the adapter last Thursday. No email. It just showed up. On the ford website still says expected delivery January 2025.

I'm surprised it shows you it was ordered and shipped. You wouldn't be able to get it even if they hadn't ordered it, they stopped the free adapter program already, and it wouldn't have transferred to a second owner.

Those of us that came to the party late have to buy our own. I bought an A2Z adapter, there are coupon codes and occasional sales, so check for those if you're ordering. I see it at $161 right now with code BXDY24.
