Anyone changed dealers on their reservation?

Actually, I will drive a lot farther than a couple of hours to save a few thousand $'s.

Remember also, most of these dealers had this reservation / sale for a Mach-E just “miraculously” appear on their computer system.

They had no inventory of Mach-E’s, no demo cars, no test drives and no hard sales push / kissing the customers azz was needed here for a nice commission with little effort.

One would think they would just be grateful to complete this sale.

Exactly! My dealer said my 500 deposit is refundable - will have no problems selling the car if I back out.

Yep, My dealer said no deposit required and if I decided not to accept the car he would be buying the FE for himself.

My comments above are for the few dealers that still think they are in a position they can get an ADM on these reserved Mach-E's.
