Oof. We had an orange premium in Bangor, Maine, a couple weeks ago, but it's gone now. I was eying it as a back-up if the one I ordered is gone before I can get it, and the next nearest orange over here seems to be a CR1 south of Boston. I hope Ford Motor Company's social media account in these forums notices and can intervene?
Bro what will they with intervening, they have no idea. I contacted Elena Ford (Chief Customer Experience) office. I am being told even they have no idea. Even the executives office is telling me they can't help us so idk how would ford's social media accounts help us.

I can dito everything you said. I ordered Aug 30, 2022. Built April 4, in Louisiana 4/14. Has been sitting in Kansas City for 6 weeks. Now delivery is by 6/19 but that changes every time the date gets close. I have screamed at everybody I can and just get told to call the dealer. Even e-mailed the GM. no luck. I am so close to walking away, the 24’s will be coming out. My dealer can’t even tell me if the new pricing will apply. Totally pissed off at Ford right now.
Same thing happening with mine, built on 4/6, shipped 4/8. It arrived at ramp 6M in Kansas on 4/21 and has now been sitting there for 7 weeks. I can deal with waiting if it was at least moving but I'm loosing my patience with it just sitting there. No one seems to be able to get any more details on why it is delayed. Im on my 3rd delivery window but am expecting a new one any time now since I am now outside of it again.

Bro uptill now got 7 new ETAs. About to get my eight one. I spoke to someone from Elena Ford's office (Chief customer expericend). The ignored my 3 mails for a month and ghosted me, one day I had lost it went on my phone to Reddit MME and I wrote this story there about 2 weeks ago. Just 30 minutes into my post I get a call from Elena Ford's office. I spoke to her and told her my patience is being tested to the fullest and atleast you would know whereabouts my car or could find out what is going on? So that way I am relived that it might be coming someday. What if its burnt like on the rail car or its damaged. I was told by an executive that there is nothing she can do and I asked her at an executive position you can't just find this information she said I am sorry but yeah , the best I can do is personally give you a call when either your car is delivered or got a new update. No one have no idea where it is you name it your dealer,ford support and even thee excutives. Just great

I think that that the people in charge of the whole production and post-production processing and delivery end of the supply chain have zero understanding and/or empathy for the individual person that the ordered car was intended for.

It's just "product", going to a nameless, faceless consumer they don't know, and they continue to prove they don't really care about in any personal sense. And in the course of the daily grind to get product out they have lost sight of the fact that there's a person who was interested, invested, and excited enough to sign up and endure a sometimes months long wait for their product because they believe it's worth waiting for.

If they did care there would be a specific ordering hotline that was manned by humans, or a dedicated website other than the current "disinformation" version they have now (it's laughable and an embarrassment to be notified your car has arrived a week after you drove off the lot) and they'd be honest and up front about what's going on, and be willing to engage with their customers about something that is arguably a significant emotional and financial investment.

The marketing people make all sorts of efforts to understand consumers and tailor their ads and offerings to get people interested and to sign up. Clearly they're the only ones in this process that do that, but that's actually their job, to get you interested enough to buy the product. Once that's done and your order is "in the machine" you then are at the mercy of that machine entirely.

If the car really is at Richards-Gebaur then they should be able to give OP a detailed update on what the problem is with delivery.

It's no consolation for what has clearly been a somewhat traumatic and frustrating wait. But many of us can relate. Hopefully the car will be everything you hoped it would be when/if it arrives.

I am getting new the price, infact I am done with the paper work prior to my car's arrival. Damn I even got the accessories. I feel disheartened because we don't deserve this. Least they could do is give us a reason for the delay. People who ordered in January and February are getting their vehicles in April and May. Fun Fact Elena Ford's office didn't respond to me unless I went with this same story on reddit MME's forum and as soon as this was posted few minutes in I got a call from her office what a coincidence but still wasn't helpful though.
Make sure that the Delivery / Destination fee is changed from $1800 to $1300.
$500 is supposed to be a price protection issue.

I am currently fighting this issue with my dealer.

Herd many cases like that where car is just within an hour away from your residence but there is nothing you can do. Ford is doing a great job trying to give the worst service out there. 90% who order Mach E and then walk out of that order is because of the kind of treatment they get from Ford. Ford sales wouldn't be this down if they had fixed their logistics.

Bro I live in Toronto, Canada. Dealers near by got 3-4 MME in stock but here is the thing they are not Cyber Orange and it can't be found at any dealer in my area. Secondly most of them are 2022s, so it currently don't have Blue Cruise 1.2 and it don't even got the park assist. The sensor used for park assist also helps with handsfree liftgate. I know all these features are not that important or even useful but its good to have them. I am hoping nothing happened to my car and it hopefully arrives soon.
When I picked up my MME yesterday, I saw a rare Cyber Orange select for sale on the lot at my dealer!

Very much a stand out color!

Great News! Finally got my 8th pushback 13 June-19 June and the latest delivery date moved to 23 June.

Great News! Finally got my 8th pushback 13 June-19 June and the latest delivery date moved to 23 June.
And I'm presuming it's still officially sitting in Mach-e Purgatory, aka Kansas City?

If you haven’t done so recently, ask your dealer to pull the vehicle visibility report for your car. That should give info on exactly where it’s really at and whether there’s a hold on it for any reason. There is nothing confidential in those reports so they can share it with you. After that, they could get the regional manager for their area involved. There’s a reason it hasn’t been delivered yet, it shouldn’t be treated as a state secret.

Was chatting with the sales manager at my dealership and I related the OP’s repeated delivery status push backs and we talked about the possible reasons for it. He said he’d talk to the delivery drivers when they’d bring in new cars and ask about why certain cars hadn’t arrived yet. They had some interesting things to say. He says sometimes they’re supposed to pick up a certain car but it’s blocked in and they can’t get to it. Or it’s got some minor damage or is really really dirty. The drivers accept full responsibility for the vehicle once they sign for it. And they don’t want to get stuck with something that will cause them problems later. Oh, and he said that instead of having the dealer get ahold of the regional they should instead get ahold of their inventory control person who will probably know more than the regional.

Bro read the first thread there I have explained in detail. Yes I have spoken to my dealer,have contacted Ford via calls,emails and chat and I have gone as far to get in touch with Elena Ford's office. I was told the same thing by all these people " Your car is at Ramp 6R, sometimes its on its ay but it don't show up". When I asked so can you check somehow its exact whereabouts and if its left or why it isn't leaving? All of them said no that is what we know. My dealer spoke to his manager he did give me a picture of what his tracker see and he also sent me a report type picture from his manager's tracker said its at Ramp 6R.
