Was chatting with the sales manager at my dealership and I related the OP’s repeated delivery status push backs and we talked about the possible reasons for it. He said he’d talk to the delivery drivers when they’d bring in new cars and ask about why certain cars hadn’t arrived yet. They had some interesting things to say. He says sometimes they’re supposed to pick up a certain car but it’s blocked in and they can’t get to it. Or it’s got some minor damage or is really really dirty. The drivers accept full responsibility for the vehicle once they sign for it. And they don’t want to get stuck with something that will cause them problems later. Oh, and he said that instead of having the dealer get ahold of the regional they should instead get ahold of their inventory control person who will probably know more than the regional.
When I contacted Ford support on call I was told ask your dealer they got more information. I told my dealer to ask his manager and ask him if can get in touch with regional manager or someone at the Ramp who is responsible for shipping this. He said he contacted them it at Ramp 6R. So when is it leaving, he said idk.

My dealer also shared his personal experience. He told me when his car was in transit its last known location was Laredo Texas and nothing after that and one day it just randomly showed up. He said that is what happens mostly.

Sometimes the tracking information isn't accurate. Ford told me my car is in Ohio and dealer showed me the tracking is in Texas. Big difference and who do I believe? One fact is that it ain't moving, lol.

As of now both FORD and my dealer states that my car is in Kansas at Ramp 6R that is something they are planning to agree upon.

The best way to know it has arrived at your dealer is when you see them list on their sales page with real photos. ?
I already checked their inventory. They have "new stock" and have stated some as "incoming stock". My car is in neither of those lists.

I'm not sure all updates are making it to VinView. My last updated showed Ramp R6 without updates for about 5-weeks. I assume it was still traveling, but maybe it was sitting. There were no updates that anyone could see between Kansas and Washington State. The tracker only updated when it arrived in our port in Kent.

It also sat in our port for about 5 days with no visibility.

For Ford Corporate - The internet is used to tracking their stuff and getting better updates when the car is stationary would be awesome.

You'll get yours Daniel, the push-back sucks. Picking it up and driving her home is falling in love.

Agree about VINView. My dealer sent me a map showing my car in Nebraska - I was pretty sure it was in CO or UT, or maybe already in Las Vegas. It showed up on their lot like 36 hours later. I got the email from Ford to finalize the deal before they realized it was there.

Thanks for the motivation. But your car got to you within two months of production. And you got a update after 5 weeks. I am currently sitting in my 9th week heading towards my tenth without any update. Plus it sucks for me because my car have to come to Canada and Kansas - Scarborough rail kinda sucks because the processing as we can see is too damn slow.

Just got a new update....d ETA. My 10th ETA 16 June - 22 June. I have got so many ETAs that now I take them as medals. Probably 10-15 ETAs more to go.

Good for you . But your car got to you within one month of production. I am currently sitting in my 9th week heading towards my tenth without any update. Plus it sucks for me because my car have to come to Canada and Kansas - Scarborough rail kinda sucks because the processing as we can see is too damn slow.Beside that I have been waiting for 14+ months now.
Oof I must have missed that it has been 14+ months. I read somewhere else that it took a call to the CEO of the dealer to get it across. I would definitely be getting as high up the chain as I can. Has your "Last Updated" date changed at all?

I ordered my car on April 21st 2022. My order was accepted on 9 September 2022. My car was built on March 21 and Shipped on March 22. It travelled from Mexico to Texas to its final destination Ramp 6R in Kansas. From the past three months its collecting precious much needed dust at the Ramp. My car arrived in Kansas on April 8th and that is my "last updated" date. My first delivery window was April 22-April 28, my second ETA was May 17-May 30, my third ETA was May 26- June 1, my fourth ETA was May 27 - June 2, my fifth ETA was May 31 - June 6,my sixth ETA was June 6 - June 9 , seventh ETA was June 9 - June 16,my eight ETA was June 13 - June 16,my ninth ETA was June 14 - June 19 and now my current ETA is June 16 - June 22. The latest arrival date moved from June 6 to June 23. I don't think Ford is done yet. I tried contacting Ford via calls, emails and chats. I got one never heard before response your car is in transit currently its at the Ramp but it will arrive between X & Y date when used to asked them there are just two days left in Y day how will it arrive? They used to tell me oh it will and when it didn't arrive their response was ETA are subject to change. I was told by Ford support to talk to my dealer well he doesn't seem to know where it is. I even went that far to reach out to Elena Ford (Chief Experience Officer Ford) I have emailed her 3 times (once every week). Someone from her office finally got back to me and I was told that even they can't help me in this mess. I just asked her to atleast give me reason on why it keeps getting delayed they can't tell that too, the best they are willing to do is give me a call when my car is delivered . I am just extra worried because some few weeks ack at this forum had similar experience and his car was burnt on the rail car and they didn't informed him for weeks and then he was forced to get something off the lot. My color is cyber orange, they have discontinued cyber orange so if its damage or anything. Then I waited for nothing. I had enough time that I have gotten a Level 2 charger installed, got my accessories and even finished the paper work prior to car's arrival only the plate is left and rest is done.
